Okay, so after listening to the poll and taking everything into consideration, as a mainly traditional artist, I’m trying to be able to be both a digital and traditional artist. I’ll mostly talk about my comics and/or OCs from the shows I like, but I might do some fun activities with my OCs. Perhaps some slice of life mini-comics or…pride month drawings of them. 👀

I also want to draw some more Block Tales shi because…I just love it with my whole soul. If anyone wants their OC drawn, just ask, as I need the practice. My asks tab is always open. (This is completely free, as I’m inexperienced and it benefits mostly me.)

Alastors Cane in a humanoid form!! He’s a bit special…!

For some insight, here’s what I focused on when designing him:

I wanted him to have one main eye, and the others would just be smaller and/or part of the outfit.

I also wanted him to have a clear reference to him being, well, the staff. That’s where I came up with his suits front design. I also wanted to remember the hood on the original microphone, which is why he has an upright collar. (I felt like a literal hood would ruin the vibe.)

I felt like it was only right to give him some fun streaks in his hair, considering it’d pretty similar to Alastor. I just used the black/brown color on his staff for the hair streaks.

I only used colors from the original staff to make this. The only thing that wasn’t was his yellow teeth (borrowed from Alastor) and the clear white on his lapel collar.

Finally, I made his teeth thinner and added more in general. I feel it is better fit considering how the original cane is long and skinny (minus the top). Plus…I feel like Alastor shares teeth thickness with everyone. I wanted to….y’know…change it up a bit. 😁
