just saw an x-ray of a horse skull. can’t say i’m too happy with it
what the FUCK is this
Fun fact: horses' teeth take up more space in their skulls than their brains!
Horses: eating is more important than thinking
Anyone whose ever interacted with a horse: sounds about right

The lion does not concern itself with the bank account balance when a little treat is calling
The lion will never financially recover from this
Like a new friend!
That would be nice for me and you!

Oh boy have I pissed off the transphobes with this one.
if you are a game designer and you force me to kill wolves AND you have them make sad puppy noises I'm killing you
see this never happens in spider solitaire for windows
Think again
Kitty Kitty was begging me to turn the sink on, but I was running so hard on autopilot that I didn't register that she wanted the sink to be Just A Little On, and I ended up turning it on full blast while her head was right under the faucet. Luckily she, like me, only possesses 3 brain cells, so she didn't consider getting upset, and instead just stared at me while purring as her forehead became increasingly drenched and I realized what I had done.

How is she so beautiful all the time
fun thing about herding and/or generally neurotic breeds: they are really good at following rules you have instituted, but they will also make their own Dog Rules they will follow stringently whether or not you like it
despite never being reprimanded for getting sick if my dog throws up she will ‘tattle’ on herself and run over to me, show me the throw up, then hide and start shaking uncontrollably. nobody taught her to do this. she has decided that throwing up is a punishable offense until the end of time
my dog has decided that it’s solely on her shoulders to ensure there is peace in my house…if the cats fight she stands between them to ‘break it up’ and/or herds them away, if my rats have an argument she goes to the cage door and barks until they stop. not sure why she has decided she must carry the weight of the world but she has
my sister's dog (Maggie) is some kind of shepherd mix, highly intelligent, loves helping around the house whenever she can. my sister has taught her the commands "Deliver!" where you can hand her something, and she'll deliver it to another person wherever they are in the house, and "Clean up!" and Maggie will run around the house, picking up trash, napkins, empty yogurt cups, etc, and bring them back to my sister to receive a little treat for each item.
she'll do clean up on her own, too, and randomly approach my sister during the day to bring her a forgotten trash item, and she gets a treat and enthusiastic praise. one day, however, Maggie just...kept bringing my sister pieces of napkins. dozens. like minutes apart.
and Maggie is smart enough to know not to go into the trash bins --- that's a big no-no, she'll get scolded --- and so my sister decided to follow her to figure out where she was going.
Maggie went back to her dog bed, rummaged around under it, and pulled out a stash of dirty napkins... and then she tore off a tiny piece, went over to my sister, and Paid For a Treat with her newly invented currency.
Maggie had figured out that the size of the trash doesn't matter, as long as it's a distinct piece. 1 trash = 1 treat. she was abiding by the rules of the Treat Economy, and she was a paying citizen.
