"FOR ALL THE COOKIES ON EARTHBREAD!"

(note: this is an au and an rp blog)

here's an au i want to start on! it's about Madeleine Cookie sacrificing his life to save all of Earthbread, hence the use of the voiceline, "The Divine has commanded me to save this world!"

yes, he does crumble. i dont know if im going to make this a storyline but i probably wont, i'll probably just make drawings of storyboards and such with all my favourites in it to make the experience more fun for me, and to give underrated cookies attention!

the lore is simple: Madeleine Cookie gains the title as "The Knight of Light", where his responsibility is to light up Earthbread with however he tends to do so. however, Dark Enchantress Cookie and her forces are stronger than ever, and with the help of the ancients, Madeleine Cookie, the sole light that will remain through all of Earthbread, will have to give his soul energy up to light the world from the unleashing darkness.

i never had an au before and i wanna give this a shot. i'd have to get to work on a storyline, too.

he'll remain an epic cookie, he wont become an ancient or anything like that. he's just going to do a deed that will be sung through history! (wink)

He blinked, taken aback by the information. He then quickly lunges forward, pulling Espresso Cookie into a tight embrace.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!"

Financier Cookie sighs.

"He's been real flirty, huh. He even flirted with me the other day...don't worry, Espresso Cookie, I'll take care of it."

"Also, you don't want one! Who would even think of divorcing the beautiful Divine, Madeleine Cookie?"

He laughs for his own amusement.

He pinches the bridge of his nose, sighing softly.

Financier Cookie sighs before she sits down at a desk full of papers. Wedding Cake Cookie used to give her stacks of divorce papers, with tears in her eyes.

"Pardon?! I-...Financier Cookie, how rude of you! Hmph!"

Madeleine Cookie crosses his arms before he looks to Espresso Cookie.

"I'm sure Wedding Cake Cookie is tired of us...can't we just stay happy and...I dunno, together?"

Espresso finishes signing the paper. He turns back to Madeleine, having not heard what he said.

" What was that? "

He passes the paper to Madeleine Cookie like it's a routine.. which it kind of is by now.

"I was thinking we could just stay, like, together..."

He begins writing an elegant signature on the paper, sighing before he hands it back to Financier Cookie. He twirled his finger in circles on the desk.

"I have a brilliant idea for you, Espresso Cookie. We couulldd just divorce once a week! How does that sound?"

He leans closer to Espresso Cookie, causing Financier Cookie to let out a soft chuckle.

She quickly pushes Madeleine Cookie slightly to the side. She knew he probably didn't mean to, but, she had to be a noble Knight and fufill the wishes of others.

Espresso loudly clears his throat to avoid the question, hitting himself in the chest as if there is actually something in his throat.

Financier Cookie bows slightly.

Madeleine Cookie quickly storms out the room, but he carefully walks inside the hall before he accidentally knocks something over.

"Oh boy...don't worry, Espresso Cookie, was it? I'll go after him."

Financier Cookie steps out into the hall after Madeleine Cookie.

He sighs, and he tries to lean forward to get closer to Espresso Cookie, but Financier Cookie quickly stops him in his tracks.

"At your service, Sir."

She quickly pushes Madeleine Cookie slightly to the side. She knew he probably didn't mean to, but, she had to be a noble Knight and fufill the wishes of others.

"No, no! You got it all wrong! The Divine would never say or do such things! You're missing the context, my dear Espresso Cookie!"

He waves his hands rapidly to deny the whole thing.

Madeleine Cookie huffs. He storms to Espresso despite his heavy sword, and he gets up in his face.

"A what?! You dare call the Knight of Light that? Hmph! Well say it isn't so, Espresso!"

He turns away, his hair lightly smacking Espresso in the face as he does so. He was just trying to be pouty. Financier Cookie can be heard giggling, but she quickly goes back to being a serious Knight.

"In fact, I think you're a...- nevermind..."

" Do NOT touch me, hoe. "

"Always so grumpy, Espresso Cookie! It's alright to cheer up, you know. Who wouldn't be cheerful while gazing upon me?"

He ignores the namecalling, and instead, he smirks with his eyebrow raises as the sun lightens him up perfectly.

"But if you wish...no touches! No pokes, hugs, nothing!"

" An ego as big as ever, I see! Tsk tsk.. "

Espresso Cookie freezes at that last comment

"What? Well, uh- I- I didn't say that, I just... uh..."

[madeleines-republic]

"Well, if you're as handsome and noble as me, an ego is just bound to come up!"

He was basking in his glory before he pauses.

"Hm? Didn't you tell me not to touch you? So that's exactly what I'm doing! You know, to make you happy...is there something you're hiding, Espresso Cookie? Do tell!"

He said that last part to tease. He was confused, however.

Espresso pauses as Madeleine interrupts him

" First of all, do NOT interrupt me- "

"Second of all!... uh... No- I mean- "

He stops himself and sighs in exasperation

"Tsk.. just wait until we get home! "

"You seem exhausted, Espresso Cookie. Your sentences aren't coming out! It's okay, come rest in my House! Financier won't mind."

He sweats a bit, thinking he was in trouble.

"Now, now, you sound a bit threatening, how about we calm down? Walk with me!"

He holds his hand out before he realizes that Espresso Cookie didn't want him touching him. He just leads the way, his blade pointing forward.

Espresso Cookie scowls, following close behind the VERY pompous paladin.

" You are very annoying, Madeleine Cookie... "

" You are conceited, vociferous, obnoxious, pulchritudinous.. honestly, I could go on! "

"Vain, loud...obnoxious is a synonym of vociferous, if I may say! But, this Knight is surely not as negative as these words describe!"

He snickers, but blinks at the next word. He didn't hear it very clearly.

"Pulch...Espresso Cookie, would you mind repeating that last one? And if you want to speak of me, please make it more positive!"

He tried his best to recall the word. Pulchritudinous...was that intentional?
