The formula ♡

Create an inner world ! Who are you in it ? What is your life in it ? Whatever you want define it. Write it somewhere, create a Google docs with your inner world, your new life, your new reality.

Now start living in it. Let go of the old story, of your old reality, of your old you. And only live in this new reality that you created. And stand firm with it. DO NOT WAVER. NEVER WAVER. Stay loyal to your new life.

See and hear with your mind not with your eyes and ears.

Now: Affirm, Visualize, Day dream, Act as if, Listen to subliminals, Create a mind movie, Vision board, etc....

Completely ignore the 3D and live as much as possible as if you were in your ideal reality.

Example: You are manifesting a large sum of money. Imagine what you are going to do with it. Start creating shopping list, knowing for sure that you already have it.

You have to stay persistent and loyal to your new vision. Because the 3D is morphing into whatever you assume. Whatever you say and assume goes. Your 3D litteraly bows down to you saying " Whatever you believe, you'll have".

Do not speak against your manifestation. Flip your thoughts. Affirm. Rewire your mind through subs, affs and affs tapes. Do not complain about your 3D why would you complain if it does not exist. Why would you complain about your sp rejecting you if he loves you.

Crate your inner world, live in it and watch your 3D conforms.✨

HOW I MEDITATE

So this one is really easy and simple, and it changes depending on my mood. I do this at least once a day!

Get into a comfortable position, whether this be sitting up, laying down, standing, etc. You don't have to be in a certain position, just get comfortable.

Close your eyes (or keep them open, I just find it's easier to focus w my eyes shut)

Repeat a few affirmations saying something similar to: "nothing except me is real now. Everything is gone, I am the only one here. Here in my mind, I am safe."

Allow yourself to relax as much as possible, just let the stress of the day go and allow yourself to just exist in your mind. You're safe here, nothing exists but you now.

Stay in this headspace until you feel calm and ready to take on more challenges for the day.

(Optional!!) Affirm or visualize your desires! Now that nothing exists but you, you can see what you desire clearly and this can get you into the state of the wish fulfilled much more easily!

This is basically my "mini void state" method of meditating, because it allows you to forget the outside world and turn inward without worrying about everything associated w the void (like symptoms and hearing things). I like this method because every time I do it, I feel really refreshed and calm!

CREATE A PERSONA!!

Another way to embody your new identity (the version of you that has your manifestation) is to create a persona and embody that.

Some Famous people with Alter egos:

Law of Assumption Rundown

Assumption - Something that you accept as true. If your eyes are brown, you are, right now, assuming that they are brown. An assumption is a fact. An assumption is also a sense of knowing. You know that you are alive, and accept this as truth. 2 + 2 = 4, the sky is often perceived as blue, and what you accept as true is true.

Awareness - What you are conscious of and what you actively (and unconsciously) choose to focus on. Now, breathe! Manually. Guess what? You became especially aware of your breathing (if you were able to, in that instant). It is the same as becoming aware of your manifestations being yours.

All assumptions are equal. Manifesting a nickel is the same as manifesting a Rolls Royce. Take whatever "big" desire you want off the pedestal. It is just something to experience, be aware of or accept as true.

You can have as many face claims, scripts and DRs as you want. There's no limits- Well, there are some things I'd side eye people for (and even dislike people for), but there are no real laws. You also can, in fact, make as many of the same DR as you want. Who's stopping you?

Everything comes from within. You are a projector, beaming out your circumstances via what you agree is true. The 3d does not discern between what is desired and undesired (unless you make it do so). It simply reflects what you perpetuate within.

stop trying to “arrive” in your DR. feel where you are and flow.

we always discuss how we aren’t separate from our drs, how there’s no disconnect between us here and us there. and yet every single time, you go into an attempt trying to arrive. trying to wake up as if you haven’t already been there the entire time.

why?

because you’re not actually trying to shift. you’re trying to confirm.

you’re trying to feel it here, see it here, know it’s happening here because you don’t trust that it’s already happening without your supervision. you start simulating the arrival, so you can monitor every sensation and know you’re doing it “correctly”.

but that’s just resistance to the natural flow of shifting. it’s pressure. when you feel like you have to focus on arriving in order to receive, you interrupt yourself from actually shifting because you’re over monitoring. you take yourself out of the experience and replace it with you watching yourself experience. when you focus too hard all it means is you’re performing. taking it so seriously so that you don’t “miss” the moment. but nowhere in this situation are you actually coming to terms with the fact that you’re already in your dr.

you’re just containing it. shrinking it into little parameters in hopes you can control and validate the shift before you allow yourself to flow into it. thats not what allowing yourself to shift means.

allowing yourself to shift is acknowledging that you already exist in your dr. therefore trying to create an entire narrative that doesn’t come naturally to you makes no sense. let the imagery come to you. let the dr chase you. you don’t have to have intense focus. you can just daydream and let it be chaotic because that’s flow. flow is not correcting the scene. it’s not steering every detail. flow is letting the information remain unfinished. it’s letting the picture paint itself.

allow the experience to be what it is! don’t dampen it by focusing on if you’re there yet. the answer is always yes! you are there. now trust that and allow your dr to form around you, instead of trying to forcefully form your thoughts around it.

This question might not make sense so I'm gonna answer it first this time to give you you an example:

Now I want to preface this by saying I did NOT come up with this, I got this from @grimfae over on TikTok so if you more specifics you can check their account.

Essientially it's the same as the omegaverse you have your alphas, betas and omegas. Or in the ultimaverse you have your primas (alphas) Ultimas (omegas) and the miras (betas)

I'm assuming you queers are familiar with the omegaverse so I'm not going to go to much into it but long story short the primas make a nest for the ultimas if the Ultima like it yk...they mate and stuff.

My version may be slightly different from grimfae's but this is an example of what I mean by is there anything queer that you scripted!!!

i shifted!!

i'll try to explain this as best as I can, because it was honestly really crazy, it literally just happened!!

so, i got back into shifting around two weeks ago, and i was feeling very motivated. i did multiple "methods" a day, i meditated a lot, and just really put effort into it, probably more effort than ever before. of course, i'm not saying you have to put effort to shift!! but for me, i thought the proactive approach was best.

anyway, last night, i tried doing the WBTB method to go into hypnagogia and induce either sleep paralysis or a lucid dream, but i ended up just sleeping right through my alarm (lol). so i woke up this morning, not even feeling upset about it or anything, and just put on some theta waves to listen to while still half asleep.

at first i was really focusing on my DR, visualizing, doing everything, hyperfocused. naturally, nothing happened. so, instead, i decided to just let it be, whatever happened would happen. so i had my eyes closed, theta waves still playing, and it happened.

my eyes were definitely closed, but suddenly i could see through my eyelids, that's the best way to explain. i was kind of between realities, then, because i opened my eyes in this reality, and it's like my vision was flickering between my dark bedroom and somewhere i didn't really recognize. it went on for around 10-15 seconds before stopping, and i think i was still in my bedroom, but then again, it was a little hard to tell, just because i felt so disoriented.

but i fully saw a different reality! and it's crazy, because you always hear people saying to just let go, and i don't want to sound like a broken record, but it really was just that for me. i didn't need to force a shift, the second i just let go and let it be, it's like something clicked for me and i shifted!

so yeah, that's my story. happy shifting!!
