Just a small psa for my Naruto moots that I’m going to be putting my Naruto blogs on more of a semi-hiatus activity status, meaning I will be replying a bit less frequently on them. My Zelda and Magilou blogs will also be this, but were kind of this already anyway (not too many Berseria blogs out there/I’ve got a whole 2 threads on Magilou that I’m not sure are active any more..? But that’s basically. That. Zelda seems to have a distinct lack of BOTW interpretations and I kind of only have a few ideas, & without a few ideas really getting off the ground I find I don’t get a lot of development to work with.

As for RWBY: still around but I’ll be a bit slower. I think I’ll likely pick back up more when V9 drops this year but my replies will be leaning closer to the once-a-week speed more than anything. It’s just not as much of a focus right now, & some of you have probably noticed my ooc asks dwindling a little more. Fear not, I’m still around, but I go where my muse is, you know?

Mass Effect muses are unaffected. Feed me. Feed my hyperfixation. lmao. That being said I’m possibly planning a re-play through the games hopefully before the new WoW patch drops, so that’s that.

Also general update: the first few weeks of March I may be slower as that is the new WoW content update & I will be chain-running Mythic+ dungeons to prep for the new raid.

Did a couple house cleaning things on my Carrd!

1) I’ve simplified down my rules a bit so they’re not so long. I sometimes tend to get wordy with them so they’re more concise now.

2) If we have an ongoing interaction this likely doesn’t affect you, but it’s now listed multiple times in the rules that you need to be at least following one (1) of my side blogs to be considered a mutual.

I didn’t want to have to add it, but it’s become really frustrating when trying to find new partners, and drives my anxiety through the roof sometimes when I don’t know what muses to send asks for, especially in verses where I have OCs or heavily canon-divergent muses, or with muns I share more than one verse with.

Not following at least one side blog indicates to me you haven’t read my pin, muses, or rules, and probably just want me around for the follow, & I’m not going to be that person. Sorry. I don’t make it obligatory to follow all of them, just… follow the ones you want, or verses you want. It’s a small thing to ask for me to know you’re genuinely interested in interacting & don’t just want interactions to fall in your lap from me.

3) I’ve added Alisa and Ashley’s content to my Carrd. If you’re in mass effect you can find them at @virmireisms and @furyisms ! Alisa’s pin isn’t up yet, nor is her tag list, but I’ll be working on that this afternoon & reblogging some memes on her.

Personal blogs, please stop interacting with roleplay blogs' content.

Look, we know that you're often just scrolling the tags or scrolling the search function. But the reality is most of us roleplayers don't like it when you guys interact with our stuff, whether that be reblogging it, liking it, or the like. You might find a few blogs that don't mind, but for the most part, we really, really aren't fond of it. The simple answer is that it clogs up our notifications and we're forced to constantly block blogs that don't follow these rules.

Our work is not fanfiction. Our work is intended to be shared only with our mutuals, or other roleplay blogs. For some of us, it makes us really, REALLY uncomfortable when personal blogs interact.

So please, do everyone a favour, and RESPECT OUR BOUNDARIES, AND RESPECT OUR WISHES.

If you want to appreciate our work, read our rules, and see if we're okay with anonymous asks saying you like reading our stuff. In most cases, that's probably fine. But please, respect that while our work resembles fanfiction, it is not in fact fanfiction, and refrain from interacting unless our rules say it's okay. It's called respecting boundaries.
