It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!

Tiana "Tia" Rogers' Character & Personality

Tiana is an eighteen-year-old African American woman from New Orleans, Louisiana, during the Jazz Age. She's the daughter of James and Eudora Rogers. Tiana is also the lifelong best friend of Charlotte. She's an intelligent, resourceful, and highly talented person. Being ambitious, Tiana is obsessed with bringing her dream of opening her own restaurant into fruition. The gifted cook is overly uptight and absorbed in work ethics to focus on relaxing, family, or friends. Although she acknowledges this and has some regret over her busy schedule, Tiana accepts this about herself. This is because she has a strong sense of honor and integrity. Tiana firmly believes nothing deserves to be obtained in the world without hard work. Due to this, she's inflexible and refuses to take handouts or ask for help. Additionally, Tiana is incredibly strong-willed and doesn’t take lightly to being undermined or insulted by anyone. She's always ready to prove herself whenever an opportunity is presented.

Tiana later proves to be heroic as she's quite capable in dangerous situations and moments of physical conflict. Aside from her workaholic nature, she's passionate, imaginative, and sympathetic towards others. Tiana enjoys humor, music, food, cooking, dancing, and quality time with loved ones. She dislikes failure, embarrassment, disrespect, laziness, wasting time, giving up, doubt, her mother's stubbornness, narcissism, and dark magic. Despite how she initially had little knowledge about romance, Tiana eventually grows to highly value it.
