People may look at Jonah and think he is an unfeeling stone wall, that the depth of his emotions is as deep as the shallow end of a pool, and they wouldn't exactly be *wrong*, but that's only because he continuously puts stress on himself to be that way. He feels things often, and he's actually more of a crier than Archer is if only because he feels the spitefulness fuel him everytime he does it. One of the ways that manifests is whenever he's sleep deprived or just waking up, where he'll be in a much more fragile state compared to when he's fully up and running.
Sometimes, he'll have nightmares during the night. He won't even necessarily need to be asleep, but he'll still feel terrible, like he's being haunted by something, and often have hallucinations (Usually auditory and olfactory) accompanying his late-night paranoia. In a lot of these delusions, it will convince itself that its closest friends and family are dead, and that someone broke into the house while it foolishly rested specifically to hurt them.
Whether it believes them fully or not is a coin toss most days, but usually it just rolls to the other side and tries to forget about it to the best of its capabilities, scared as it may be. But on the days where he does think it's real, he usually spirals pretty fast, and has to go check everything before inevitably going into either Archer's room or Salt's in order to feel secure again. It hurts him to feel so scared and he HAAAAAAAATES crying when he does, but sometimes when you're a psychotic man living in a hot ass desert you are shrimply just prone to having extremely vivid delusions of your family being murdered. it struggles with falling asleep a lot after, so usually it'll just work the 'night' away and just kinda conk out whenever it feels right. Usually on the table. Or on the floor. Almost never on his couchbed.
Archer and Salt are both pretty used to it, they just help it ground itself and then tuck it in either by their side or on a mattress on the floor, but the rest of the team tends to feel a little uneasy. And it's not like they're Wrong for feeling uneasy, it's not an easy thing to deal with— It does feel scary and weird when your otherwise extremely collected and logical teammate knocks on your door obsessively during sleeping hours to check if you died, even more so if you hear it crying when you answer you're alive— But they all try their best to be understanding either way because at the end of the day it's nothing unmanageable, just a little odd. People are used to seeing it just conked out in front of peoples rooms or just out on hallways. The best thing to do is to just try to carefully wake it up and help it somewhere it can actually sleep. Jonah wakes up and doesn't really remember doing any of that (<- memory gets locked away forever because of how his brain tends to suppress distress through Mysterious Fog) (probably a condition but he ain't looking into that), so he's always kinda confused. Which are all signs of a likely very healthy person for sure
Sometimes its an every night thing, where he'll just have the extremely firm belief that something terrible is going to happen and that he'll surely be to blame for it, but sometimes he'll start saying something so stupid and absurd he'll knock himself out of the delusion. Straight up just goes "?? the fuck am I saying rn" and then goes back to sleep like nothing even happened. He's silly
"ohhh Hornet takes two mask damage to anything and Ghost is much tankier" that's because she fell through a fucking mountain and broke her spine. I'd like to see you fighting the last judge with a spinal injury. And also the Knight is clearly just built different because Broken Vessel did not do any of that. And the Knight also doesn't have a fucking dodge because its skillset is to facetank until something dies. Because it is full of The Abyss

Despite Archer's insistence on it not being the case, he looooves scaring the shit out of Hansuke by coming up behind him quietly and going "Hello Katagawa." in his scary voice. It makes Kat jump every single and he HATEEEES it but Archer says that it's just him not paying attention to his surroundings. You know, like a liar.
Kat tends to fall asleep near Archer because he trusts him a lot, and because of this, he has now found out he snores in his sleep. It's very quiet, most people wouldn't be able to notice unless they were REALLY listening in, but Archer notices because he's a #creep and stares at him intensely everytime he's asleep (<- contemplating how easy it'd be to kill him. Also admiring his pretty face but don't tell anyone). He likes to compare it to how cats purr in their sleep. If he ever said this outloud Hansuke would have his head on a platter.
Archer likes to follow behind Hansuke and glare at people who piss him off whenever they're at parties for fun. Kat is completely unaware he does this, because in his mind Archer is so harmless he could never be genuinely intimidating unless something was truly, horribly wrong. He knows to some degree that he's done things that are reprehensible, but it doesn't even register as the same person to him. He likes to take advantage that Kat does this and act all coy when he's inevitably caught by someone <3
Kat loves """jokingly""" flirting with Archer just to see him get all embarassed and annoyed, mostly because it amuses him to see his entire face go red after he says something scandalous, but sometimes he says something back at him with a nauseating amount of genuineness, and it stuns him so hard it leaves room for Archer to make fun of him in the meantime. They keep playing Gay Chicken and neither one is ready to make an actual move for Professional Reasons (<- what is their fucking deal)
Kat and Archer mostly hang out in the Zanara, but on the rare occasion they ever go to Archer's place, Hansuke almost always forgets something behind on the way out. This is not an accident despite Archer foolishly believing it so everytime. This is just so Hansuke can make Archer act Gentlemanly and give it back to him repeatedly. Archer doesn't suspect anything, he just figures Kat is forgetful, and plus looking dreamily at his forgotten coat while sitting on the couch isn't hurting anyone (<- Freak !!!)
Depending on the day, they like to go out for dinner together. And with the rest of the team but they don't really talk with them, they're just mostly conversing between themselves, like snobs. They get something different everytime and share a little from the other's plate when people aren't looking. Hansuke always complains if Archer doesn't give him a little.
Sometimes Hansuke teases Archer for staring at him so often, and Archer has to clumsily explain that he Wasn't staring (yes he was), he's just ensuring everything is okay and that no danger was around. And he's just like Uhuh yeah sure buddy, did you find any danger in my scalp while you were surveying. And Archer just has to be like (embarassed he got read to dirt) ...No. I did not sir
They have a lot of activities that overlap, so they'll usually practice together if they both have availablity— Haha Just kidding they cancel so many plans just to hang out, they don't even care. Archer is guiltier of this though, he can be busy as hell with work but if Hansuke is like "Hey Ace :) Do you want :) to go play golf :) with me :)" Archer will literally not even hesitate to drop everything and go to him. They like to fence and play golf together the most but Archer will tag along to anything at all. He can be like "Hey Ace do you want to go just walk around a space station pretending to be busy with me" and Archer will be like Yes Sir Of Course Mr Katagawa :)
When Hansuke has a choice, he only ever has Archer accompanying him to business meetings and corporate parties. If anyone else comes with him he leaves them on their own corner while pouting and yearning for his stupid boytoy I mean his best friend

Archer is so funny to me. Just conceptually. What if you were raised to be a killing machine and you got so good at it that you get kinda uneasy when you haven't killed anything in a while. Like fuuuck. What if I'm the one who's gonna get killed now... Like it didn't make him cooler or anything it just fed into his neuroses that everything is out to kill him and that nothing will ever feel truly safe. So now when he's placed in any environment that isn't the Death and Murder planet (Pandora), he's just immediately going to kill people because he got scared things were moving a Little Too Slowly
When you're raised to see everything as a threat out to get you, you start to see red flags in things that are often nonsensical, if not outright completely made up. And when you're suspicious of everything, all that does is give you a justification to strike first to keep yourself safe. And when you're striking first everytime, well, at some point it stops counting as self defense does it not
Its like when you introduce a domestic cat to an urban environment and it methodically picks off the birds there both for enrichment and for sustenance. Or when you have too many wolves and not enough prey, so they starve after a while. They're just acting on instinct, but that instinct is not sustainable, and by the time they run out, it's way too late
