I'm really struggling this week. The last few days my diet has really suffered and I decided yesterday would be my rest day and I didn't work out. The scale has stopped going down and I just let it get to me. I know it's because I started working out again but I really liked it better when the numbers went down with diet alone. I've joined diet bets because the money motivates me and I was hitting my goals the last time I did it... Not so much now that I started to incorporate exercise. I know it will be better in the long run but I'm just letting it get to me now. Okay, I'm done whining. Core de force MMA power done. Time to cook dinner.
