Makes it a lot easier to reach for something healthy and quick this way, and above all else, you are not eating the same meal every day!🤯 ♦️Tip #1 ▶️ Do not season everything, let your family pick and choose their own flavours. ♦️Tip #2 ▶️ Label each container - or put ingredients in different color containers, so you can easily find what you need. ♦️Tip #3 ▶️ Everything that needs to go to the oven while prepping - cook at once. ♦️Tip #3 ▶️ Try to have at least 2 dinner options, and alternate options between days. ♦️Tip #4 ▶️ Pull out your kitchen gadgets. If you have Instant Pot, Slow Cooker or race maker, use it. 💓~~~~ I cook my quinoa and rice in magical Instant Pot ~~~~ I 💓 So tonight, I am eating quinoa again, topped with minced vege "meat", tomato sauce and feta cheese.
