“You wouldn’t have any experience with snargaluffs, do you?”

“Yea sure,” he took the shears and passed it to her.
“You wouldn’t have any experience with snargaluffs, do you?”
Damion carried the shears in his mouth and trotted over, “Here you go.”
“Oh, well thank you.” Mallory laughed as she took the shears out of his mouth.
“Sure. What are you working on?”
“I’m tryin’ to get these damned pods off of this snargaluff.”
“These ones here?”
“Yupp those there, thanks hun. These snargaluffs are tricky bastards.”
Leslie grabbed the shears on the table and handed it to her, “It’s so nice and warm today. I feel like the sun is telling me to get out more often.”
“Thanks, that’s exactly what I was gettin’ from it too. There jus’ ain’t enough sun here and it kills me.”
“Drop it and run.”
“Oh, gladly.”
“Could you be a darlin’ and hand me those?” Mallory said as she pointed to the shears on the table.
“It could be overreacting because you’re not the owner? Or is it yours?” She asked curiously.
“No, it ain’t mine. I was just moving it off the table, someone left it here.”
“Why do you have another’s wand?”
“I was only picking it up to move it, and it just started freaking out on me.”
“Now it won’t stop.”
“That would be a no, it’s probably going to blow up.”
“Shit, shit, shit. This ain’t my wand, that’s probably why.”
“Don’t worry, it does that quite often,” he chuckled.
“The sparkles ain’t the bad thing, it’s not knowin’ if it’s gonna blow up on me.” he laughed trying to hold the wand out from her as far as she could.
“Not when you didn’t do anything.”
“Good, that’s um...what I thought.”
“Well it is a wand… or maybe you’re just special?”
“I just picked it up, it ain’t supposed to be doin’ anything.”
“I don’t think it is.”
“I don’t even know what I did other than pick the dang thing up.”
“Well dunno what is it? An extra large glowstick?”
“No...it’s my wand...and it’s doin’..um things.”
“Oh, shit this thing moves.”
“It probably ain’t supposed to.”
