My time with Legends ZA is finally up. I fully 100% everything I could do. Full Pokedex completion, base and DLC. All side quests completed and all Mega Stones acquired

It was truly one of the best experiences I've had in Pokemon. An unforgettable and likeable cast, outstanding gameplay, a story that really showed alot of character development and growth, I will love Legends ZA now and forever. It's a bitter pill to swallow to say goodbye, but I'll cherish my time I had with it.

i was thinking about sparky and the crew today so i threw some stuff together

sparky’s shift in character between s1 and s2 still sticks out to me for whatever reason. maybe it’s because i’m not used to aggressive/all-bark-and-bite characters suddenly changing their behaviour following certain events. but it got me thinking so i rambled a little.

there’s a little more after that but yeah. sparky my favorite manic guy!!!!

That's definitely why I have Sparky as the main protagonist, because I wanted to take the approach of what a typical "Shounen Hero" narrative would go but just end up terrible for the main character.

Since Sparky is fully brand new to Greenburg as the new kid, not many folks tend to realize that Pre-Infected or Post-Infected Sparky are any different. The only one to pick up that Sparky is way more aggressive is Pyro and he got all that just from hanging with Sparky the entire day he moved in!

You're right about one thing, during the 4 year timeskip between S1 and S2, Sparky only uses his powers when cleaning up Creatures, rest of the time he just resides either in his room or goes off somewhere to be alone, reminiscing his friends but keeping himself away, undeserving of them.

Im learning more of body language and better ways to give off the giys personality! Not only that im also been busy designing everyone's parents cause hey they need that familial bond! Boltax and Carolina both have a long history with their Starter Pokemon! Boltax found Pichu in a garbage can and adopted em on the spot, Carolina found Nidoran (F) wounded and alone. Now Raichu and Nidoqueen are by their sides forever!

Formally reintroducing, I have 2 Pokemon Gym Leader OCs: Boltax and Carolina! I took the time to refine their designs and even styled them more closely to the Pokemon Artstyle, like you'd see from Sugimori~!

My Electric Gym Leader Boltax! A whole array of electric types to her usage and also a Pro Skater on the side while off duty! She's a full daredevil type and thinks injuries are just souvenirs from stunts~

My Poison Gym Leader, Carolina! While Sweet most of the time and Timid, when it's time to battle her more "Toxic" side comes out and she's a force to reckon with! When not battling, she's a nurse studying the potential of Poison from Pokemon as medicine!

I didn't have too much problems with their old designs but i wanted to finesse them as I felt my skills in character designed improved, PLUS I want to start getting Pokemon artists to do pieces of them for! So wanted good clean refs of them!

back with more rambles (more so me glazing the S2 crew because my gaaawd the season 2 designs are soooo fuggin good)

So! Starting with my three favourites, the Sparky, Static, and Melody. Sparky's hair is much longer compared to his s1 design, probably because of the depression he developed and just never had the motivation to cut his hair. which i don't mind, I like his long hair. I also rrrreally adore his hoodie, the bolt design is so cool. It also somewhat reminds me of Sparky’s winter outfit from the Christmas artwork a while back. Also the difference between 14 yr old Sparky and 18 yr old Sparky is the most daunting (in a good way) when I put them side by side while I was writing this, what did they feed him between those 4 years.

Static's S2 design is probably my favorite out of the crew, I love how the purple/yellow and torn pants from his s1 design are still present in his s2 design. The overalls are also a really nice touch, the slight purple hue to them is also fucking rad.

Melody’s design is straight fire. It reminds me of 2000s mall goth and rave outfits. The fishnets on her top (as well as the design of her top itself) and legs, as well as the zipper(?) and belt of her skirt particularly drive me to those fashion categories. Her jacket is raw too plus it’s a nice complimenting look with her black and purple, uwaaa. ٩(ˊᗜˋ)و 

Thanks! Put some good effort into designed their outfits for S2. I didn't want to mess around too much with different hairstyles, so i kept them majority same if only slightly longer

Sparky's outfit was meant show that he moved from the Young Shounen type of outfit you'd see to a more Angst Teen, given he's had a rough 4 years of depression, so kept him a mix of lanky but dude actually kinda fit

Static, I didn't want to make him look just "Cool", i wanted to show off that he's like a working man, since he's the oldest of the crew. I also think it gives off a sense of maturity of being the leader who's already got a Job.

Melody, I actually found her outfit IRL ( i lost it tho) and really only thing I added was her jacket! Think the Lavender really brings out the rest of her attire cleanly. Meant to show that Melody isn't the kind to be bashful of her body and shows off whenever she feels like.
