Dear Senators- Can you imagine how the families of the young Marines feel with this commandant continuing to dredge this incident up in public all the time so that he can CRUSH them further? Please do not fall for the garbage smoke screen from Amos office in this article - stand with the other senators who are now investigating the actions of this Commandant! It is about time! These cases are not even the first he has illegally tampered with justice on. The men involved did NOT use social media in this incident - the video was stolen from them and sold to TMZ. Those of us following this have seen NO attempt by this Commandant to even try to find the thief that did this. Only the desire to CRUSH these battle weary soldiers - several of whom are permanently wounded for God Sake! We citizens do NOT support a Commandant who seeks to CRUSH the sons of our nation (his words) over an incident of battle stress, especially with the WASTE of tax payers dollars he has used to do this with!. The ONLY security issue in this has been this crazy Commandant dragging this whole thing out for almost 3 years with his illegal actions, rather than settling it quickly to get it out of the news cycle! PLEASE - all of the boys involved have been dealt with - but what turns THOUSANDS of stomachs is the illegal actions of this Commandant - not the actions of the boys. Have your aids review the hundreds of thousands of comments on articles on Marine Corps Times facebook site, tumblr, and hundreds of blogs and you will see the trend has always been with the boys as it turns our stomach to see military politicians side with the enemy over our own. COMMANDANT ILLEGALLY acted to CRUSH the son's of our nation! GO to "Secretary of Navy" facebook site - post a demand that he honor Congressman Jones letter to have Commandant Amos actions in this investigated! On this day in particular - we can not tolerate anyone working to CRUSH over 10 of our own troops! This Capt in this instance was not even there!
Even the Major who was a prosecutor for this Commandant found his actions to be SO bad - that he blew the whistle and filed a formal complaint. That Major and his boss have also now been subject to threats!

READ what General Waldhauser says. I don't buy that garbage about Amos sending an apology later - that is called a CYA letter folks! He STILL pulled General Waldhauser off the case because he was not going to CRUSH this hero and the others! I sort of think this hero has been "CRUSH" enough!
