You should generally review media you last took in a while ago not only to verify that you're remembering it correctly, but also to check whether standards have risen since it was published. I'm just getting started on a reread of a comic I last read in like 2003 and I've already had several "...huh" moments.

I'm three issues deep and literally the only women with speaking roles so far are a. the protagonist's wife, who's bare-ass naked in 50% of her appearances; b. a secretary who gets one line before the bad guy explodes her head, and whose corpse appears in as many panels as she does; and c. some random boy's mom.

This is 100% me being a crank, but I'm getting real annoyed at seeing Ancient Traditional Crafts™ videos that depict people grinding minerals to make pigments with no respiratory protection. Like, yeah, an N100 mask isn't Authentic and shit, but do you know what powdered mica does to your lungs?

Being as I've also seen examples where the craftsperson is handling what appears to be raw cinnabar with their bare hands, I wouldn't say the odds are good there.
