Ok I may be in the minority but I think if they made a Winter Soldier series it should be about that Bucky finds out he had a daughter, but she is not good bc well she was bought up by Hydra. I think it would be interesting and a new dynamic for this character. Then his daughter could become the next generation of Avengers
