i typically use he/him for the venom symbiote but make no mistake 1. gender is fake and pronouns are noises and venom plays pretty fast and loose with how he refers to himself in human terms so when i portray him as male-aligned i do it with the explicit intention that he is being matchy-matchy with his bf and gay on purpose and he otherwise does not care that much 2. when u spend enough time with aliens who were never brought up with gender ideas u get a little “who cares” yourself so eddie’s own grip on gender at this point is tenuous at most
