sometimes i forget people see me as a brick but then ill go to work in a dress and That Supervisor will comment about how "totally awesomesauce" my dress is in That One Ally way and i get that one feeling that can be described as "they see me as a man in a dress and feel the need to exclaim the dress to not feel transphobic" and it sticks with me all day till i get home and look in a mirror and go "waow im actually kinda pretty actually" and then the cycle repeats

As a professional cook I was, and still am, able to pick most stuff up out of an oven without a pot holder. I might get blisters and maybe it will hurt, but usually it won’t
