It's a term used by imperial core liberals to denigrate people who take a blanket stance against US interests and US-supported causes around the world, on the accusation that we're engaging in "American exceptionalism" by believing that the US and its allies are worse than the emerging multipolar world order. In brief, just more condescending and racist impcore liberal nonsense
