Woooohooo we did it! Finished 10K ladiesrun in 1 hour and 6 minutes! Afterwards i felt super great. Next year i'm definitely going for the the 10EM (16K). Liked it! Did it! Next year again! Pushing my limits!
Race day! I will be running the Ten Miles inTilburg today. A 10k route. Super sore from my workout this week, so lets see what we can do. Starting this sunday with oatmeal in almondmilk, one banana and cinnamon. Lets do it!
Motherday present!
Today I had a very nice day with my mama in Amsterdam. Still for mothers day I had given her a make-up workshop from Super looks.
We were welcomed with a drink and chocolate.
During the workshop we learned about: • Cleaning and care of the skin • Explanation of rid of puffiness and blemishes • Applying foundation and colour advice • Makeup colour analysis • Bring In model of the eyebrows • Applying a basismake-up • Makeup for daytime or afternoon make-up (smokey eyes or glitter & glamour)

Detox smoothie
Ingredients: •1 banana •1 pear •10g parsley •1 tl ginger powder •250ml coconut water
Blend everything together with a blender.
Home made protein cake I love to make this protein cake for my boyfriend. He loves it! Ingredients: •5 bananas •5 eggs •150g oatmeal •4 scoops protein powder •little bit cinnamon Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Then pour the contents into a cake tin. Cook for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: •1 apple •1 piece pineapple •1/2 lemon juice •200 ml water / coconut water
Blend everything together with a blender.
Healthy chips
I prefer healthy chips of exclusively of sweet potato, salt, and oil. This is in contrast to unhealthy chips, which completely full of seasonings and other crazy additions is. Another favorite chip is vegetable chips. That is not only made of potato, but also of vegetables like Eggplant and beet. Super tasty and healthy!
Ingredients: •1 sweet potato •1eggplant •Little bit olive oil •Sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the sweet potato. Then cut everything in slices as thin as possible. The thinner the better! Place the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Not too much, otherwise the chips are not crisp. Sprinkle some sea salt over and cook about 10 minutes in the oven.
HEALTHY PORTOBELLO WITH SPINACH, TOMATO AND FETA
Today, i made portobello with spinach, tomato and feta from the oven. This meal is very delicious as lunch or dinner. You could make an extra one in the evening so you can eat it the next day, during lunch. Even when its cold, its still very delicious!

Ingredients: •2 portobellos •1 tomato •2 hands of fresh spinach •1 clove of garlic •Feta or goat cheese •Coconutoil (to bake in)

preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Clean the portobellos (dont make them wet, they will lose their flavour). Remove the stamp. Heat some coconut oil in a wok and fry the chopped or squeezed garlic. . After that, bake 2 hands of fresh spinach in a pan. Cut the tomato into small pieces and wok them in the same pan as the spinach.
Fill the portobellos as followed: first add some feta, then add some diced tomatoes, then some spinach, some diced tomatoes again and on top of all, some feta. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Superfood: Chia pudding
I like chia seeds. They’re amazing, because of the large amounts of protein and omega 3 inside. They’re a great supplement if you don’t eat a lot of meat and fish, like I do.
Ingredients: 1 banana 250 ml almond milk 1 tablespoon grated coconut 3 tablespoons chia seed 1 teaspoon vanilla powder Optionally, a pinch of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in the blender until the pudding is nice and thick. Pour the pudding in a jar or a big glass. Stir the chia seeds, to spread them over the jar. Leave the pudding overnight.

Healthy festival food. I went to a great festival yesterday called “Decibel” with my friends. Unfortunately it was the last festival for me this year. Decibel i see you next year again! Loved it.

Avocado-egg-salmond
I made this super nutritious and very healthy recipe today!
Ingredients: •1 avocado •salmond •2 eggs •sea salt •black pepper •basil •herbs
pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees Cut the avocado in half and add a piece of salmond and a raw egg in the round part of the avocado. Add more flavour to it by adding some seasalt, black pepper, basilicum or other herbs. Put it in the oven for a couple of minutes. Depending on how you like your eggs, make sure you watch every two minutes to see if it is ready.

Today i went to see my best friend. We had a lovely chat while enjoying a cup of tea and a delicious breakfastcake i made yesterday.
Ingredients: •4 eggs •4 bananas •120 gram oat meal •sinamon •nut bees •superfood: goji berries
pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a blender with the nut bees and goji berries. Pour everything in a cake bin. Add a handful of goji berries and nut bees and mix it all together. Bake the cake for 10-12 minutes and your cake is ready! Cut the cake into pieces so you can eat one piece a day.

Healthy Mushroom rice cake with hemp seed..
Ingredienten: •rice cake •arugula lettuce •mushrooms •olive oil •coriander •seasalt •black pepper •1 clove garlic •superfood: hemp seed
cut the mushrooms in pieces and bake them in olive oil. Add flavour to the mushrooms with coriander, seasalt, black pepper and garlic. Add one hand of hemp seed. Make sure you bake it light brown. Siege the rice cake with arugula lettuce and mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!
Superfood Hemp seed: Hemp seed is eatable, nutritious and healthy. You can use hemp seed in almoost anything, like: oatmeal, cruesli, smoothies or in your salad. Hemp seed has a nut like taste.
