Went for an early morning trail run today, it was a really nice morning and not too hot. I got about 7 miles in which felt really good!

They’re putting travel restrictions on Arizona residents traveling out of state. I’m hoping those are lifted by August but I don’t know. I want to go to the beach just to walk on the beach but I’m in no hurry. I’m hoping things start to get better? It feels impossible to hope for that. Hope you all are doing well. 💖🌵

My longest run in about a year, WHAT.

It was actually really good, I went at a slow/medium jog the whole time (5.5 on treadmill as you can see lol) and my body felt strong the entire time.

This is... so shocking to me just because I know it’s not much but I’m at one of my heaviest weights and i didn’t think I’d be able to run any sort of distances for awhile... but guys those leg days have paid off. I felt like I could’ve kept going, but my feet started to go numb for some reason 🤔😬😂 yikes.

This was my warmup, did a chest/back/abs circuit, and cooled down with one mile at 5.5 on the treadmill.

I’ve got it into my head that maaaybe I could start training for a marathon... I have a LONG way to go but maybe I could actually do it this time. 😄 I feel good, for the first time all week! 🥰

13km on road for me this morning. First decent run I’ve had in a long time although I’m feeling wiped after it. I have a 30km race on Sunday which I’m not feeling remotely ready for! 😳
