I was really really hoping Victor would tell Yuuri “I love you” as Yuuri got ready to skate the “Yuuri on Ice” FS program for the last time. I kept hoping for a more concrete declaration of love or commitment to each other. I still like this ending though; it leaves it open enough for me to be satisfied until season 2 (hopefully).
