Federal Government Instagram Accounts
For a project at work, I'm compiling a list of federal Instagram accounts (agency level, not personal accounts like Michelle Obama). What am I missing?
Unfortunately, the social media registry does not yet support Instagram so I can't use that to create an official list.

Are these real? Where can I buy these?

They aren't listed in the USPS store. You could create your own custom stamp like this using Zazzle or a similar service.
next time someone demands your digits and you want to get out of the situation, you can give them this number: (669) 221-6251.
when the person calls or texts, an automatically-generated quotation from feminist writer bell hooks will respond for you.

This is a great idea!!
Yes, this is how I feel today.
Do you have a passion for search and helping the public find good, relevant search results? Do you enjoy being part of a small, innovative team? If so, apply for the position working on DigitalGov Search, the U.S. General Services Administration's award-winning hosted service that powers the search box on 1,500 government websites. The job announcement will appear on USAJOBS.gov in late March. The position is in the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies at GSA. It will be posted as an IT Specialist, GS-2210-11/12.
"Hey, can we take this offline?" This is a truly bizarre modern way to say: "Let's talk about it later or in private." Oh, I'm sorry! I thought we were human beings in the same room communicating with each other by making noises with our faces! I didn't realise we were online. Are we all living in the matrix now? And if we just go down the corridor to the coffee machine and talk in pairs, we'll suddenly be offline?
From An A-Z of modern office jargon
These terms never fail to amaze me. And I refuse to say "take this offline" or "ping me" (which isn't included in this list).
Happy Dewey Decimal Day!
December 10, 1851 is the birthday of Melvil Dewey (1851-1931) inventor of the Dewey Decimal system of library classification.
Mildred C. Crabtree, a civilian librarian, selects books in the library for distribution to the wards at Kenner Army Hospital, 07/07/1976
I learned to hate the Dewey Decimal system when I worked at the UIUC library. It's the largest library to still use Dewey and there are some looong call numbers.
I read 71 books so far in 2013 (not including cookbooks and craft books). Because I like data, I decided to graph the number of pages I read per month.
As you can see, I tend to read a lot one month and then slack off the next. I'm not going to speculate what this means.
I use Goodreads to keep track of what I read and exported my data to make this graph.

Do you use a similar process? Have ideas to improve it?
How did I miss this? It's a brilliant idea for a pro-library campaign and the video brought a tear to my eye.
I wish we had English words for some of these:

This video is a great reminder that the people who visit websites don't know all the ins and outs like the people who build websites.
My coworker is made of flipping awesome.
This is fantastic!

Government social media reference at its finest!
On Sunday, President Barack Obama will release a special video message to ALA Conference attendees thanking libraries for helping Americans enroll for health insurance as part of the Affordable Care Act.
The special message from the White House will air on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at 8:30a.m. in the McCormick Convention Center, room South 100C. President Obama will discuss ways that libraries will serve as a place where consumers can seek information about and enroll in the health insurance marketplace that will begin October 1, 2013.
Americans under age 30 are just as likely as older adults to visit the library, and once there they borrow print books and browse the shelves at similar rates.
