What a great experience we have been able to have all summer we have managed to go to all the parks in #disneyworld and today was the last one when we went to #epcot. All we saw was simply amazing all the countries and the rides. Nothing can really explain the wonder and all that goes into all that they do. #summer17 has been one for the books as far as #memories I am glad I was able to make it happen with my #family and be able to share this with them. We have had many #adventures together and each day we have more and more from #laughs to #tears. We share more and more each and have gained a larger #family along the way. Day 7 - I swear I say this every day...4 am comes #early lol. Any way good #workout this #morning with the boy. A little #treadmill to get the #cardio in and then worked on the #upperbody. Always a good way to start the day even though you don’t feel like doing it and would rather sleep. Day 5 - Sure waking up at 4am is hard but you know what it feels so much better to wake up at 4 than to lay around and do nothing with myself. I survived 5 days getting back up #early to make it happen. Really isnt so bad once it becomes a #routine. Day 4 - sure #weightloss is an up hill battle I mean I should know I have battled it for years and continue to every day. Some times wishing I could eat what I wanted and not gain a pound but hey I was given what I have. All I have to do now is #makeithappen and make it work for me to be in the best health I can be. Day 2 - The best #anchor you can have is waking up early and making your body move... don’t be afraid to sweat and make your heart pound.
