I was watching the evo2018 dbz finals and while I didn’t approve of the side switch. I thought it was a huge waist of time and a bit of an excuse. But how does that equal him cheating and lieing? Not trying to depend him just wanna know your perspective since I tend to agree with you on most things fgc related

He purposely chose 2p side to begin with, despite 1p being his preferred side. The rule in question was put in place in a time when you would play on an arcade cab and this could change your angle and therefore your ability to play and hasn’t been invoked since the 90s. He chose to do this because the last tournament he was in, Go1 got momentum and crushed him 7 straight. Sonicfox was fully aware of this and when the same thing was happening, he decided to take advantage of this rule and the fact that Go1 can’t speak English to waste a ton of time and throw him off.

This was bad enough but his flip flopping on Twitter in the days afterwards just proves to me that he has no real respect for anyone he plays against and for the community at large.

he’s arguably the most toxic player in the entirety of the FGC and the fact that he’s out there being pushed as the “representation” of the LGBT and black people in a community full of amazing players of all races and gender orientations and sexual orientations purely because he’s obnoxious is embarassing

Ricki has been out here for years dealing with people misgendering her and about half the NA FGC is black, just gamesjournos don’t know anything and assume that all gamers the same and put one creepy loser on display

plus they ignored the man who placed at least top 16 in literally every tournament this goddamn year

He constantly touches on people, rubbing shoulders and the like of people he’s fighting and people he’s around

If he’s winning in any capacity he will pop off during the match and act like a child

He’ll make fun of and laugh at his opponents, no matter how serious the match is

The entire Evo2018 debacle that proved he’s willing to lie and cheat to get ahead which is a whole post on his own

He acts like other black people don’t exist

Acts like gay people don’t play games

Massive narcissist

I could go on but the way he behaves at events is enough to warrant him not being in the spotlight, especially since he hasn’t won a single major since Evo, it’s been all Kazunoko and Go1
