The change will happen any second now.
—Kieren didn’t want to do it. He told them no. But they didn’t care. All they care about is furthering their disturbed plans. He knew something was amiss when Simon didn’t show. He wasn’t sure what, but Simon never missed a date. And he was so hopeful when he heard a knock on the door to his flat—
And less hopeful when he felt the bag thrown over his face.—
"I won’t. I can’t… You can’t fucking make me… change…" He tries to reason with them. With himself. With the Blue Oblivion now coursing through his body. His eyesight starts going blurry, and he the voices are now muffled.
—He wasn’t sure where they took him, but it was a long drive. And he wasn’t alone in the back there. There were others; the bag over his head kept him from seeing who, but there were others. The road shifts from smooth to what feels like a dirt road. Someone forces his head forward sharply, aggressively, and he knows. He’s not sure how, but he knows exactly what’s happening. A pill has been broken open. A powdery substance finds its way into his injection orifice. Another. And another. These bastards are determined to make him turn Rabid or they’re gonna bloody let him die trying. “Stop! No—!!” He tries to fight. Like he did before, he tries to fight off the corruption, the regression back into his untreated state.
A terrifyingly familiar sensation stirs deep down inside of him. Something in the air pulls him near, that familiar coppery stench, that sickening odour forces its way into his nostrils.—
It’s no use. Kieren Walker is unable to fight off the amount of Blue Oblivion coursing through his rotted veins. It’s too late. He’s changed. He knows it, deep down. And though he would never willingly hurt another person, his bleeding urges just won’t quit. That coppery smell draws him closer—pulling him closer and closer until he’s forced down to his knees.
The bag is removed, and Kieren is able to force out one last sentient thought before he loses himself.

It came out of nowhere. Suddenly, Kieren found himself being rushed by some random stranger, and soon thereafter wrapped by said stranger's arms. He nearly lost his balance—he never really had much coordination to begin with, and the shock of the whole situation almost tipped him over alone. But he was able to hold himself upright and, slowly but surely, return the gesture.
"Sorry... I'm not very warm."
