yes, and these are activities I do regularly

I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I may have experienced this
no, there are definitely no activities that make me feel energized after
btw my therapist made it sound like it's normal for people to have at least a few energizing activities they regularly do (or at least have the ability to regularly do if they chose so), and was kind of stumped when I expressed confusion at this concept itself. take that how you will if you're also going to be self reflective about this concept
