am in a research phase of my big writing project, so I've been trying to redirect my brain to work on other smaller projects in the meantime. which has resulted in near constant daydreaming about the companion piece to my big writing project. something I can't work on in earnest until the main project is done. a sea of WIPs shriveling up and dying while I just keep humming and drawing hearts in the margins of a blank piece of paper

I want to collect intricate daggers :( I want to so bad. I want to hang them from my wall and I want to wear one in a little sheath. Not as a weapon but as an accessory. I want to take it out and flip it mindlessly in my hand while pondering what I want at a restaurant. Not as a threat but because it's sexy as hell. Not to hit on the staff but to be generally mysterious and intriguing. A weary beguiling traveler, doing knife tricks at the bar of this chilis.
