this isn't even my original headcanon but I love the idea of Warlock coming out of his time of being babysat by Crowley and Aziraphale as a Not Normal kid with Some Kind of Influence. Angels and Demons are able to influence the reality around them by their own beliefs right? Crowley in particular does that all the time, so imagine what would happen to a kid who is constantly in the company of a demon and an angel who BELIEVE he's the antichrist. A passive reality warper? A seer? A witch?

HUH. i thought you were going in the direction of “warlock becomes an adult with weird occult hobbies” and you went even DEEPER to “warlock probably can see ghosts and angel wings and stuff” which i’m so into? if that’s where you’re headed? like warlock having some kind of ability? crowley believed so hard, he accidentally turned warlock into….a warlock.

Angels visit people in dreams in the Bible, we know that’s a thing. So imaging Crowley having a nice lucid dream about riding some anglerfish buddies in the deep sea or something and then-

“Oh, there you are! You weren’t answering your phone. Listen, dear, there’s this new show on the West End, I hear it’s all the rage, and I’ve got us a pair of tickets—oh dear, now they’ve gotten wet—”

Crowley’s like “I love you, please leave.”

Hello Mr. Gaiman, I hope you are having a good day/night so far. So this may be a silly question, but there is still one thing i can quite wrap around my head: Why was Crowley watching a movie about pastel bunny rabbits of all things?

Because that was what was was playing, and he wanted to sit down and collect his thoughts in a dark place. In my head, he’s somewhere like the old Victoria Station cartoon theatre, long since demolished in our world, but perhaps Aziraphale kept it around a bit longer in the Good Omens universe, because Crowley once mentioned that he’d liked it.

Since you like Bastard Aziraphale, please also consider this: he organizes the books in his shop alphabetically... by 100th word. Whatever is the 100th word in the book - whether in the preface or in the middle of a chapter or what. The 100th word and onwards until he finds the correct place for it. It's complete anarchy and nigh impossible to find /anything/ in his shop.

Headcanons about the ludicrous ways Aziraphale organizes his shop are my favourite, but this has to be the most chaotic one I’ve seen, wow

i like a good cataloging system bc i think it’s important to be able to, like, find books or whatever, but cataloging systems are strict hierarchies that often reveal ways we as a society don’t prioritize concepts important to marginalized groups when you realize your system doesn’t have the language to help the public find a certain kind of book

so there’s something a little daring and, if i may be so bold, kinda sexy about the idea of aziraphale coming up with a cataloging system so that he AND ONLY HE can find anything in his bookshop

Mutual pining is delicious but recently I’ve been very into a variant, mutual pining where they both know the other one loves them but some very valid noble reason keeps them apart (like a sacred job or the timing is so bad right now, not like a spouse) but they both know they’d be together if circumstances were different but they aren’t and there’s nothing either of them can do about that except….maybe…….what used to be So Important that they had to stay apart starts to seem not as important anymore…….but what if the impossiblity of being together was the appeal for both of them in the first place because neither knows what to do with a romantic relationship and they’d only disappoint the other person if they actually got together……it’s better to stay as they are rather than risk everything in their life for the chance of something more…..and yet

Ideally these characters come Very Close to having honest good communication together but something remains unsaid, always unspoken, and also there’s a LOT of tense handtouching
