You were introduced to Rans friends through a friend of yours and clicked with him instantly.
One time while your entire group was hanging out you spilled a drink on your shirt and asked Ran if you could wash up at his house since he conveniently lives near by.
When you stepped into his home, you were surprised to see his brother, which you didn’t know he had, there.
Because you met Ran as a friend of a friend and the topic of conversation never came up in front of you, you had no idea what your so called bestie did in his alone time and neither did you know of Rindou.
But you were positively surprised seeing the handsome younger Haitani. He just wore a hoodie and some sweatpants, yet you were overwhelmed by his looks.
When he noticed your presence he was very confused what some stranger was doing in his house. After you explained everything he showed you the way to the bathroom and left to go to his room. Soon after you left as well, but insisted the next time you saw ran That you hang out at his place.
You two started being at their place more often so you’d run into Rindou More often.
Ran didnt question anything, but you were developing a little crush. Over time Rindou started reciprocating those feelings and your rather small encounters developed into you and him talking more and completely ignoring ran. Which made him Kinde mad lol.
Soon ran also noticed the way your relationship was developing and made teasing remarks That First got Shot down by both of you until Rindou was forced encouraged to finally confessing his feelings.

With everything im Your Power you tried to talk Your Brother out of being in a gang, which didn’t work. So you showed up at the gang hangout quiet often to try dragging him home. That got people to make fun of your Brother, including Ran.
When Ran would make jokes about your efforts and that would make you Start bickering with him.
You hated him. Everything about him, everything he stands for.
He encouraged and lived the same dangerous life of your Brother, who you just wanted to protect. Why couldn’t he understand? Why did he make fun of how hard you were trying?
His Life was probably so easy That he would take Your fears as lighthearted, you thought.
One day Your Brother was nowhere to be found at the usual hangout spot. You were worried sick. When Ran noticed you and the lack of screaming toward Your Brother he went up to you to investigate.
As a bigo Brother himself he understood the situation you were in and decided to not make any unnecessary remarks and put his pride aside to help you Look for him. It was surprisingly his offer.
The two of you went around the City to spots where your Brother could potentially be at.

Usually you wouldn’t talk to a complete stranger alone outside while it’s dark but somehow the alcohol in your system pushed your sense of safety aside.

You couldn’t reach the cd you wanted since it was in the highest shelf, when you heard a voice behind you “you are gonna fall if you hold yourself on the shelf”
Turning around you saw his blonde hair first, then his purple eyes which were glaring at you
You were taken aback from his gaze and didn’t realise that you left your grip from the shelf
You stumble backwards stepping on his feet at which he hissed, “careful, fuck” he said holding you by your shoulders to prevent you from falling
You were RED to say at least, “sorry” you whispered moving away from him
He then took the cd you wanted while you thanked him. He was kind of surprised when he saw that you didn’t run away from him
He usually scared people because of his reputation but you stayed there until you were both outside the shop waiting for the other one to say goodbye
“Uhm.. do you..” he started when you turned around interrupting him and nervously said “can we meet again? if you would like to, of course”
Now it was his turn to turn red looking at you with widened eyes

“No” you answered pouting and he chuckled “mine either” he said. You looked around the shop to see if maybe they had it somewhere you couldn’t see it when the guy talked again, “would you like to go to another cake shop I know down the street?”.
You turned again toward him furrowing your brows “why would I trust you?” you asked and he laughed
You instantly fell in love with his laugh because of how light heartily it was. “You are right… I’m Ran and I promise that I just want to eat cake with you”
You giggled and decided to agree since you really wanted to eat your cake. You were still on alert and determined to run away at his first wrong behaviour
Well, you didn’t have to run away realising you had just found a person with whom you could eat cake from now on

You two met in a book shop
You were going to take the last volume of your favourite shojo when you saw another hand take it in front of you
You raised your head to look at the person who stole your volume pouting. You didn’t for sure expect a cute boy in front of you
He widened his eyes and the tips of his ears began to redden, “sorry, I didn’t…” he said handing the volume towards you
You chuckled shaking your head, “don’t worry, you can take it”. He glanced at your hands while you were pushing the volume toward him, then raised his head to observe you
“You like this one too?” you asked while smiling at him, and he sweared that he fell in love with you in that instant
He nodded “yeah, it’s really… well written” he continued and you hummed at his words
You continued to talk about it when eventually you had to go, “do you mind if we meet again?” he asked and you blushed
Next time you two met he gifted you a copy of the volume.
no because if you think about it, even though atsumu acted like it didn’t really matter that people—even his own teammates—hated him, it had to have gotten to him at some point.
there had to be nights he spent trying to hide his sniffles so osamu wouldn’t see him crying from his part of the bunk. times where he’d want to walk up and join conversation but stayed by himself to avoid the harsh looks. moments where he thought about quitting the only thing he ever loved just to avoid those gazes, just a little bit.
so you can imagine that feeling in his chest his third year as he sat surrounded by his team, coach in front of them pulling out the first jersey with a one printed on it, and he calls out atsumu’s name.
and atsumu prepares himself for it—the jeers, the scoffs of disbelief because ‘how could someone like atsumu be captain?’, the murmurs and snickers and anything else remotely rude.
what he isn’t prepared for is the clapping, started by his brother of all people. he looks up to see osamu smiling, suna sitting right behind him with his phone held up as if he knew this was coming. and as his eyes scan the room, seeing more applauding hands and smiling faces (and did someone just whistle in the back?) his lash line feels a tad bit wet.
“is this a joke?” he asks, and he hasn’t even stood up to go retrieve the jersey his coach is still holding for him. “yer all jus’ messing with me right now aren’t ya?”
his team laughs, but not at him. it’s with him, as a hand pats his back and another nudges his shoulder and osamu finally shoves him up. on wobbly legs, he makes his way the few feet separating him and the coach and grabs the jersey, bowing his head.
with shaking shoulders and trembling lips, he turns back to his team and tries to paint his usual cocky smirk onto his lips.
“i knew ya all totally loved me,” he snarks, which finally rewards him in the boos and scoffs he’d been prepared for earlier, but even now they don’t hold that deep level of resentment.
and as he takes his seat on the floor next to his brother again, he’s too caught up in sniffling back his tears to hear suna lean over to osamu, phone already pocketed again.
“ya gotta hate him for that a little bit,” suna whispers, elbowing him lightly. “stealin’ your thunder again.”
osamu just grins, shakes his head as the coach calls his name second.
“nah,” he says as he goes to push himself up off the gym floor, “pissed? hell yeah. hate? never.”
atsumu learns something that day, and every day he slips that jersey on thereafter. there’s always some people out there that hate him, despise him and chastise him and snark at him, sure. but the people who matter—his brother, his friends, his team, his support system.
Walking alone at night wasn't the best idea, but you didn't have many options considering your shift today. A few minutes after walking towards your house you started to feel a presence behind you, and when you sneakily looked back you noticed a someone following you.
At first you thought you were overreacting, he could easily just be going in your same direction, but just to make sure you decided to do a detour. You enter to a convenience store, went to buy a coffee, and yet he was still there, right behind you. That's when you started to panic.
Deciding to enter the most populated area, you notice 4 tall men walking towards a restaurant, the Black Jackals. In your state of panic you completely forgot about their popularity, so you started walking towards the blonde setter since he was the one near you. Did you know him? Not personally, you only seen him in the court. But right now, you didn’t care.
“Oh, Miya-san? Hi! Do you remember me?” you say moving to hug him quickly, without giving him time to react.
He was taken aback, logically after a stranger just hug him out of nowhere calling his name. Who were you? Were you a fan? How come you just hug him? He could see his teammates faces, all with the same confusion on. But the initial shock quickly left when he heard you whisper “Please help me, a dude is following me. I'm Yn”
And just like that Miya Atsumu became the best actor ever.
“Yn-chan? Haven't see ya since high school! How are ya?” says hugging you back tightly. He feels you relax in his arms while answering his question, you were probably happy that he followed your little act. “See? I told ya I'd become a pro. Now I'm even stronger than before!”
“I can see that” you smile at him when you moved away, eyes flickering to the dude who suddenly looks nervous “It's nice to see you again Miya-san”
“Cmon, call me Tsumu. Why don't you join us for dinner? I'll present you my team”. Putting an arm through your shoulders, he walks you to where the rest of his team are, all of them greeting you and welcoming you excitedly.
After a few minutes you look back only to notice that the dude was gone. Letting a sigh full lf relief out, you quickly turn to Atsumu “Thank you for helping me, Miya-san. I started to panic and didn't know what else to do”
“It's alright pretty, and I told you to call me Tsumu”. He squeezes your shoulder slightly, still not letting you go.
The rest of the Jackals frown in confusion, Bokuto being the first to ask “Wait, didn't you know each other?”, making you shake your head. You explain the situation to them and their reaction instantly warms your heart, as Bokuto and Hinata come to hug you and Sakusa mutters some insults to that guy.
“However, my proposal still stands pretty” says Atsumu pulling you a bit closer to his body “I'm not letting you go yet when the creep may come back. I want to be 100% sure that you are safe”
“Thanks, but are you sure? I don't want to interrupt”. As soon as you said that you heard a chorus of ‘It's okay!’ Or ‘You’re not interrupting!’ from the two excited men; even Sakusa did a little nod.
“Don't worry pretty, dinner it’s on me”. With that the three start walking towards the restaurant once again while Atsumu looks at you with that famous smile of his, taking your hand delicately “I would love to get to know you now, pretty”

Being one of Kuroo's closest friends meant having constant meetups with him. He always insisted on hanging out at least once at week, and although he can get really annoying about it, you were more than happy if it meant to spend more time with him.
So that's why you're here, sitting outside of his college, waiting for him to finish his classes so you can go to his apartment to watch a movie. Focusing on your phone, you don't even notice when someone sits beside you; but then again, it was a university, more than one person would want to sit there too.
It was when you felt a small rub against your knee that you look up to the person beside you, a young dude that had a little smirk on. Now, if there wasn't a lot of space available you wouldn't have thought much about it, everyone could make accidents; but you two were the only ones in that bench, and he was unnecessarily close to you. Saying that you were uncomfortable was a understatement.

The minutes go by slower each time you look at the clock, the hand doesn’t seem to budge. The teacher is talking about the current topic, but the sounds of a pen clicking overloads your senses. You don’t even need to face the culprit, you know exactly which one of your classmates sits there, it agitates you even further. You slowly turn around, causing Suna to look up from his pen. He raises his eyebrow, and clicks the stationery one more time.
“Can you stop?” you whisper, hoping your teacher doesn’t notice that you are showing your back to her. A smirk forms on his lips, which looks so attractive, yet so annoying.
“No, why?” he questions, and looks away from you. You roll your eyes, and turn around without answering him. His small smirk is now a playful smile, all he could think about is how cute you look when you are mad.
The smile stays on his lips even after class ends, which Osamu notices fast.
“I didn’t know ya were so bad at flirting,” he notes, letting the other boy know he saw what happened during class. Suna rolls his eyes, and just shakes his head
“Fuck off,” he says simply, making his friend laugh. He doesn’t even deny that he was, in fact, trying to flirt. Miserably failed, but the intention was there, right?
“Good luck with ‘em,” Osamu adds before going back to his seat.
Suna ruffles his fingers through his hair, and decides to ignore his friend’s comment. When you come back to the classroom, he can’t help but look at how good you look in the beige coloured uniform. Mentally he facepalms himself for being this whipped — but can anyone blame him?
During the next class, you sit across the room, where he can freely look at you. You are clearly focused on your notes, your nose slightly scrunching while concentrating on getting everything written down that the teacher says. Rin catches himself glancing at you way more than he’s supposed to, and it’s so obvious too. He props his elbow on the table, and rests his head in his hand, looking at you from time to time with his half-lidded eyes.
The way your lips form into a small smile, when your friends whisper something to you, or the way you furrow your eyebrows trying to write nicely has him in daze. He never noticed all these small things about you before, but once he did it was the end of him. It started a while back, it’s what Atsumu would call a crush.
A crush, huh? He thinks, sitting in the hot classroom, staring at the teacher this time. Suna has to admit, he has been paying more attention to you lately, even if it was only to annoy you. He really sucks at flirting, doesn’t he? He just loves the way you glare at him for a second, and try to be harsh with your words. He finds you pretty, and it was something he couldn’t deny now.
