#wow haha nope #what if they find bucky #and he’s injured #either was when they found him or injures himself when they bring him in #steve has this fantasy that when they finally find him he’ll smile and go with them willingly #but the reality is a lot of screaming and kicking and punching until they can overwhelm him and get him into handcuffs #and they can only do that because he’s already weak and sick and underfed and disoriented from the decay of his programming #so when they get him back they induce a coma and put him in this incubator that’s also sort of like the hulk tank #it’ll keep him safe during his recovery #so this is the first time steve has seen him in months #the first time he’s REALLY seen him in 70 years #looking peaceful and so much like his old friend #clean shaven and with some healthy color #but he can only look at him through three layers of bullet-proof glass #watch him breathe #and hate himself for letting this happen #hahahahah (x)
