In Japan the school year starts in April. My daughter left for Vancouver to take a 3-week language training which is a compulsory subject of her course as soon as the year-end exam has finished around early March. She came back to home last weekend and got the report card of the last year 2 days ago. It makes me happy and she herself is really satisfied with it. I inwardly flatter myself with my bento to help her to achieve excellent grades.

This bento is consisting of 青椒肉絲, Chinese-style stir-fried beef with green pepper and thick omelette with cheese.

Next week I restart to make bento. I should make the most of making bento!!
