regarding lance (and some of his fans)

one thing that made twt a little bit better than tumblr might be their response regarding lance vacationing in pissrael. i saw a lot of f1twt taking it as an offense even most of his own fans i saw there are acknowledging how fucked up whatever he did and amplifying good causes while criticizing him. theres still some bad apples though but they were like obviously the right winger dudebro type (mostly)

on here? hell, i saw alot of his fans that seems pretty much in denial and doing unnecessary mental gymnastics by saying “hey he might be there but he might not be a zionist??” etc etc and worse, being “centric” in the matter of genocide that happened in palestine rn. its just disheartening to see.

like, its okay yk if u like him for whatever reason but still condemning the evil shit he did. its cool, human arent perfect and its awesome that u balance it with good deeds (be loud abt ur activism, participate in good causes etc etc)

so yeah, please. please acknowledge evil and fight it with good. its okay i swear, you can still like lance but do more good than denying shit, thats just make things worse.
