Personal thought from a stubborn person who keeps getting concernced people going on about his health
Don't, just don't. Because I kept getting such concern from (admittedly loving) people my brain since I've been a child has learned to treat this with distaste.
It has heard such concerns so much that such advice has been automatically been dropped in a mental bin, because people assume they're the different perspective rather than the same one I've been hsaring since I was a young lad.
It does not help, you become part of the problem. Not your fault perhaps, but still part of the problem that turns helpful intent into a form of negative reinforcement.
Ask yourself if you've given someone the same advice repeatedly, or similar advice along the same lines and if it still hasn't gotten through. This is a potential why.
