This is something I picked up from @messofadreamer1213. My entire life I always said “you’re welcome” until I met her. I noticed the impact of when I would thank her for things and she would reply with “always” or “of course”. It gave me a greater sense of appreciation for whatever I was thanking her for, so I’ve adopted it into my own vernacular.
