Riddle Rosehearts
He knew something was of by your behaviour you where so jumpy when someone was yelling at you.
How you always went silent and dismissively answered when someone where to ask you about your parents.
Not only that but whenever you where ask about what you like to do with your parents and your relationship with them, you just looked down at the grown and said something vague, clearly trying to end the conversation.
Riddle feels alot of empathy. Although he will never say it he did come from an abusive home himself although he didn't realise it before but he knows it now.
He gets that what happened to you must've been hard parents taking their anger out on you when you where but a child scared you alot. And really cracked your relationship with them, but he's here to try to create a safe space to try create a safe space so he could provide empathy.
He understands the feeling of stepping on eggshells when you're around them, or the dread you feel knowing they'll eventually find out you haven't reached their expectations
He would never take his anger at you and try his hardest to not raise his voice. The last thing he wants is to ruin the comfort and the relief of being away from that toxic place.
Leona Kingsholar
Leona caught on to your behaviour. He thought it was a bit suspicious how your where so jumpy at sudden movements
Seemingly always ready to take blows or dodge them. Flinching when suddenly lifts their arm.
How you where always fully covered even on hot days.
It all made sense when he saw the scars and bruises. When you finally open up about how your parents would hit you. Whether it was to relive stress or if you did something they didn't like. Sometimes they wouldn't even tell you.
Leona would feel alot of recentment someone really chose to hurt an innocent child that THEY brought into the world, it's horrible how they'd hurt an innocent child like it's a stress toy.
Leona might not be the best at comforting but you'll definitely be able to see a softer side of him.
He'd make sure your surroundings where safe nobody else but you and him, a gentle touch on your arm. And him handing you some tissues.
Azul Ashengrotto
Azul just walked into his room like usual when he saw you on his bed looking down on the ground with a somewhat dead look in your eyes as you reminisced about the past.
And that's when you told him you about your family's neglect. How you where barely acknowledged. And it only seemed like you where a product of your mother and father nothing more.
Azul would speak to you very openly. Trying to help you with your past trauma in a way that would make you comfortable. He wouldn't force you to tell him.
He'd wait patiently for you to be ready to speak more about what happened to you.
His voice would be ever so gentle as he'd try to comfort you. He needs you to know you're in a place where you're seen and where you needs are met.

He saw your markings on your arms after you rolled up your sleeves while trying to wash your hands not knowing he was there. And he was really worried at first because he thought someone tried to hurt you due to people trying to assassinate him.
See as though you had to come clean you finally told him about how your dad used to beat you when he was drunk.
Tears would be running down his face once you tell him. He'll reassure you that you never have to go back if you don't want to.
And that he'd protect you. He can get you a million bodyguards if you wanted. He would tell you, you had no need to go back. He can provide anything for you.
He will definitely encourage you to seek help. You will infact have the best therapist known to man.
Vil Schoenheit
Vil Always admired your independence and self reliance. You seemed as if you where so stable. One day you unintentionally revealed the truth behind it all.
This caused Vil to push further more questions once he realised something was up. Which ment you had to come clean.
You had an absent father and your mother never had time for you always locking herself in her room to drink booze and never having time for you.
You learned to relay on yourself from a young age whether it if it was hunger, laundry, burns, cuts, or bruises. You'd leave it to yourself cause your mother was way to out of it to do anything.
Idia Shroud
Idia was just looking through your repost when he saw a certain video about having an abusive dad. Although the video was comedic it was still really concerning.
He may not be good at feelings, or comforting but he knows he has to bring it up with you. I mean it's all starting to make sense now. He should've seen it earlier. You're somewhat extremely disliking for loud noises, conflict. The flinches the stutters not once mentioning your dad it was almost too clear.
So during the night where you two were laying down he silenced and broke it. “So how was your uh family…”. “Meh it's whatever.” You say dismissively. “How about your dad? …”. Nothing but silence. Until he could hear a small whimper.
Realizing you're crying, he panics, was that really the best approach? Is he horrible for that? How should he comfort you? What should be the next protocol? With shaky hands he holds out his arms. “Can—” before he can finish you leap into his arms holding him tightly crying into his chest.
“H-hey hey it's ok…” Idia says while gently rubbing your back, “you uh… wanna talk about it?”.

He'd found out by accident when he wanted to invite you on a midnight stroll with him, which just so happened to be the same time as one of your night's where you're listening to that one extremely depressing playlist while crying. He was quite taken aback by the sight…

After you realise that your boyfriend just caught you during another one of sad nights when you can't help but think about all the abuse you had to endure you couldn't help but start to tear up a lot more. After seeing this Malleus took the initiative to carefully sit next to you and gently brush the pieces of hair stuck to your face due to your tears.
“Tell me what's wrong?”
He'd try to keep his voice calm and gentle, keeping his protectiveness to cause him to raise his voice and alarm you, out of the fear you might be crying because someone hurted you.
After opening up about the abuse you've received from your family his heart ached the thought of the love of his life having to endure so much would hurt.
He'd gently hold you in his arms and whisper to you that it was all okay that you were in a safe space where you no longer had to deal with such torment; he'd always be there for you till the end with absolutely no doubt.

Riddle
He's so disappointed at himself. He let his anger get the better of him and said something he really shouldn't have and ended up hurt someone he really loves.
He forgets all his anger the second he sees a tear roll down your cheek. Even if he was right he took it to far and hurt you. You the most lovely rose. And the guilt was absolutely eating him alive.
He lets out a sigh clearly disappointed at himself. "I'm sorry I didn't mean it" he says reaching out to you trying to comfort you.
Holding you tightly not letting you go and whispering apologise to you while stroking your back trying to calm you down, gently wiping away your tears.
Even when you do end up forgiving him he still feels bad and makes a mental note to keep himself in check and note say something stupid again that'll make you cry.
Leona
He knows he fucked up now, why would he say something so stupid. God he's giving himself a headache. Leona is not the best at comforting but he will try to make it up to you.
You're the last person in the entire universe that he would want to hurt. So why would he say that. He feels like an absolute asshole when he saw you crying
"I'm sorry" god he sucks at apologies, but he is obviously very sincere. He gently takes you in his arms letting you cry into his chest.
Once You've calmed down and forgive him he still feels like and ass so he's more nicer than usual like overly nice he isn't smiley or whatever but him doing random little things for you and even your chores is wild.

How could this have possibly happened. Maybe he didn't take the hint from your voice and was to distracted to understand the situation. He accidentally totally dismissed your feelings
How could he. He feels absolutely horrible so bad infact he is bawling way harder than you. Tackling you in a hug while crying like crazy

Once you forgive him he still feels awful absolutely AWFUL he tries to buy you something to maybe make you feel extra nice try to reassure that man before he buys you enough land to be a little country

Can i ask romantic headcanons of malleus, Vil, silver and jamil with a shy sweet s/o that has suffered from harrasment/bullying? S/o always been a easy target for jokes from other students bc of their shy and collected personality but at some moment s/o breaks down crying and asks for help/advice from their boyfriend, i really love angst with fluff and comfort.

You're literally so sweet, you are literally the most important precious little thing in his life.
So he is absolutely LIVID at the fact that these meaningless lowlifes are harassing you.
(he is literally planning for you to be the future queen so the absolute AUDACITY they have)
Before he does anything he wants to make sure you're alright first the idiotic scoundrels shall be spared for the time being
Seeing you cry is absolutely heartbreaking
He comforts you holding you silent listening patiently at you talking

He tells you that you should not let them get to you

If he so happens to over hear you being the butt of some bad jokes he would immediately step in to defend you without hesitation

He becomes more protective of you after that always following you around

But that doesn't mean he won't just let you deal with all that harassment without a word
He reassures you that this is what needs to be done
And even helps you along the way he wants to make sure you learn how to stand your grown and make boundaries
He's probably talking so much shit about them

Plus you where crying so it was obvious
He knew something was up when you busted into his room (which made him wake up)
And you no longer had your collected demeanor

Like Vil he tells you to stand your ground and tell the teacher
He wants to reassure you that everything will be alright
He is very calm and patient and he wants to make sure you're ready first
He might even teach you a little self defense just to make sure you're not gonna get hurt
If you're a student at NRC
On one of the occasions we was awake during break
He even noticed about you being targeted for people's entertainment
And was quite displeased with it
He calmly (slightly passive aggressive) told those bullies off and broth you with him somewhere else
We would not stand for his S/O getting bullied
And is very quick to defend them but he also wants his S/o to be able to stand up for themselves
Jamil
He is very upset why would anybody bully you!?
