man… i really started watching nana not having a single clue how bittersweet this show would turn out to be 🥲 i see myself so much in nana komatsu, whether it be through the way she acts around the people she loves or through her narrator’s voice :( i feel like every new episode i watch hits harder than the last… and the way she’s constantly addressing nana through voiceover, i wonder if this show is supposed to be openly sapphic and we’re just watching her go from one guy to another even though she’s meant to end up with nana or if that’s what the kids call ‘queerbaiting’. some moments are so obviously gay it’s hard to ignore, even junko and misako addressed the elephant in the room?
her relationship with takumi makes me so sad, imagine going down a y/n pipeline with your idol just to find out they’re selfish and emotionally careless? i didn’t think she’d have the courage to end it, let alone this quickly over the phone, but now let’s see if anything negative comes out of it…
