i truly don’t understand why people are up in arms about the wildest dreams music video not having any african people in it? it wasn’t about african culture in any way? it’s not like she was doing culturally african things without african people? the premise of the video was literally that they were just on the set of a movie that was being shot in africa??????? like….am i missing something here…? i would 100% understand what people were saying if taylor and a bunch of white people were doing like african tribal dances in traditional african clothing but like…..it’s not like that at all? like damn dont yall ever get tired seeing something wrong with every fucking thing someone does
