The Enemy uses people, situations and circumstances to distract us from what God is calling us to do for his kingdom. Recently people I thought were for me left, people who smile in my face are the first to talk about me behind my back and I began to feel angry and defeated because even though I try to best to act in love it never seems good enough and is always misunderstood.

But then I sat with the Lord and his goodness revealed itself to me once again . He reminded me of Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. In this moment I heard the Lord speaking directly to me saying “ Meghan, don’t take your eyes off me because that’s the minute the enemy will gut punch you.” I then began to remember that battles are won in the presence of God not before Man . So it’s time to lace up my boots and go to war with the darkness. Because I will not sit back and be defeated by the attacks of the enemy! I am chosen for such a time as this and I am equipped with the full armor of Christ !

If you are wrestling with something today remember fight hand and hand with the one who has the last word & stand firm in your faith because I promise you’ll win every time !
