There was supposed to be another doodle or more accompanying it but I was genuinely struggling so badly and kept drawing on THE SAME LAYER AS THE REFERENCE IMAGE so I highkey gave up for the night/day lmao
Made this because DRAWING drawing is slow like molasses and it makes me sad, but I'm not done talking about this idiot yet especially since this is the first I've drawn and posted him here
I think it should be noted that this is obviously not a canon interaction between the two unless stated otherwise, envyward isn't even completely accurate in design here more likely than not
Technically also my first gift art in the community and it's a doodle...a proper drawing will be made at some point promise sobs
I should mention that these two would NOT get along because he doesn't get along with Howard's in general, seeing a clone of himself just reminds digi howie that he's not real and not even his own person.
The second doodle was gonna be a redraw of this meme here stating how sometimes in a emotional enough state he'll just accidentally spawn things (highkey got so mad he spawned the chair of despair)
k so what about digital!howard have i NOT talked about yet? (Importaint to take note that while he does have abilities, he's not an all powerful being.)
he can teleport (only in existing areas of the game including the rest of town as that's part of the game world too)
Can shapeshift (he has angelique's slime arm but glitched due to accidentally triggering this ability in a high emotional state, he just has it as a core character design trait at this rate because it can be used as a weapon)
Fun fact: his first actual attempt to shapeshift left him as a amalgamation of various game assets and body parts (that WILL be drawn at some point I'm getting to it)
he can glitch his surroundings but this only really affects greatmaw island (this could change at some point but I doubt)
Most important detail: him and howard in my au are the same person, digital!howard doesn't start to exist till he's at greatmaw island and his hand starts glitching. Wouldn't say he's a different person sharing a body but rather his personality and mental state are changing like his perception of reality and identity. (Importaint to note he's not just stuck like this, his glitched eye and arm can go away)
Speaking of those glitched parts they actually hurt, a lot I can imagine 😭
As far as he's concerned everything he feels and thinks isn't real and is controlled by a higher up (game development team) so despite feeling the standard effects of severe lack of sleep/food he just doesn't think he needs it or that it matters
Pain and death isn't real and is just a cruel illusion implemented to torture him and other people, he kills (himself or others on the island) to entertain the various fans of said game he's in because to his understanding, the audience thrives and enjoys the suffering (doesn't do it because he wants to but because he has to, or so he says)
also like to think he kills to feel some sort of control or at least SOMETHING, anyways I'd talk more about him but I think I shared the key important bits to his character. Important thing is he's real and I can rest now (I'm working on a ref sheet)

Not gonna include the envyward tag into this because this is primarily about my guy despite featuring him and I don't wanna basically advertise my bullshit there, another reason why I feel horrible for this being my first ever gift art technically because I know I could do better smh, I do got stuff like proper gift art planned I'm just so so slow when making shit 💔 💔
