“Baby, what are you doing?” He tilted his head. “Are we going on a getaway?”
Your brows furrowed, and you squinted at him. He was in normal civilian attire, with a rose in his hand contrasting with his light blue dress shirt. He also had freshly ironed khakis. At one point, that person was you. Now, all you felt was disgust.
“You’re dressed nicely,” You avoided his question.
“Well, it is a special day today,” He grinned.
You grimaced as you recalled what you were wearing 45 minutes ago.
You were seated patiently at the dinner table, scrolling through your phone while waiting for your pro-hero husband to get home. The temperature within the building was low, so you wouldn’t sweat, so you were shivering. The attire you chose didn’t help either. You were wearing a stunning green dress that fitted you perfectly. It wasn’t just any green; it was your husband’s signature green. The TV was on as background noise, something to keep you focused as you prepared for the evening, and now that the evening was set up, it had served its purpose. You were paying it no mind until you received a text that caught your attention.
“So, I don’t know what you’re doing right now, but if you already know I’m so sorry.”
You tilted your head, confused. Katsuki usually never texted you. He preferred in-person communication. Hell, he barely texted his group chat with his friends.
Following his message came a flurry of messages, some from unidentified numbers, others from close friends, co-workers, or acquaintances. You didn’t have time to read all of them as you dialed Katsuki’s number into your phone and waited patiently for him to pick up. He answered after the first ring.
“Hello?”
“Katsuki? What happened? Is Izuku okay?” You panicked.
“(Y/N) I need you to calm down, okay? Take some deep breaths.”
“Katsuki what the fuck happened!”
“If you don’t know, I’d rather talk to you in person about it,” Katsuki sighed.
“Know what?! What the fuck happened?!” You were yelling at this point.
“Izuku had an affair.” Katsuki’s voice cracked.
You felt time stop as you dropped your phone onto the counter. Your eyes filled with moisture as you digested the information you just received. Izuku, your husband of 3 years, had an affair.
“W-What?”
“I’ll be there in an hour or so to get you, okay? You’re at your house, right?”
“Right.”
“Cya then.”
You ignored the incoming notifications and went to the internet browser app on your phone. You typed in Izuku’s pro hero name into the search bar and sobbed at the results. Through blurry vision, you tapped the most recent article. Barely able to read about his affair with fellow pro-hero Uravity. Your best friend.
You let out a loud wail and ran to the bedroom, throwing open your luggage onto the bed and entering the closet.
And that brings you back to the present.
“Special to one of us, maybe, but I guess that’s long gone,” You shrugged.
He let out an awkward laugh. “What do you mean, honey?”
You stayed silent. You were unaware of what to say to him, knowing that if you were to speak a word regarding the situation to him, you’d burst into tears again.
“I know what you did, Izuku,” You sighed. “The whole world does.”
“What’d I do?”
“You and Uravity,”
“Hm? We’re all friends, what happened?”
“Ruining three years of marriage for fucking what, Izuku?”
The gears started to turn in his head, his expression going from confused to shocked to absolutely mortified.
“Honey, no! I—I—I would never!”
You roll your eyes as you feel tears spring to life, threatening to spill over your lashes and make contact with the surface.
“No, no, no, honey! I—I wouldn’t do that to you, you’ve got to understand!”
Izuku placed strong hands on both arms' sides, immobilizing you and keeping you in place to listen to his rambling. His voice became muffled, and you could only study the expression on his face. His green eyes were wide with panic, and his lips kept moving. You don’t even know if he knew what he was saying anymore.
“Let go!” You hiccuped.
Slam!
Katsuki pushed open the door, ramming into Izuku and landing a punch square on his jaw. The impact caused the shorter male to stumble backward, his hands automatically coming to the place of impact as he fell to the floor square on his bum.
“Put your hands on her again and I’ll put you in the fucking ground!”
“It—It wasn’t like that!”
“You’ve fucked up big time, Izuku!”
Katsuki grabbed you and stormed out, rushing you to his car in case Izuku tried to chase after you guys. He buckled you into the passenger's seat. He got in the driver's seat, speeding into the night, leaving Izuku alone in the practical mansion.
Hitoshi’s eyes narrowed as the figure steps toward him. A lean man with a pale complexion, cracked lips, and wrinkles around his eyes emerges from the shadows. He has layered, untidy grayish-blue hair.
“It’s so nice to finally meet you,” he grins. “Pudding’s gained quite an interest in you.”
“You must be Tomura,” Hitoshi’s eyes narrowed.
“Ah, so you know of me. Please, call me Shiggy.”
“How could I not?” His laugh held no humor. “You’ve only been tormenting her for who knows how long!”
“You call it tormenting, I call it having a simple conversation with unintended consequences,” Tomura chuckles.
Hitoshi’s hands curl into fists at his sides. He feels rage bubble inside of him as he stared at the man who’s been hurting an innocent person, an innocent person who was his friend. He knew he couldn’t attack yet; he didn’t want to risk it if Tomura had a weapon on him or not. The best thing he could do was keep him talking.
“That’s not a conversation, that’s tyranny,” Hitoshi scoffs.
“It’s called love. You’ll understand one day.”
“Love is having their best interests at heart, not your own. Love is bonding and getting to know the person you care for and willing to do anything for them. What you consider ‘love’ is insane!”
“You say po-tay-to. I say po-tah-to!”
Sitting in the locked room, you sniffled as you sat in the corner of the makeshift room.
You’ve been stuck in here for hours. The occasional sound of footsteps drew your attention from the floor to the door, hoping someone would let you out, only to feel dejected when it was either a League member giving you food, Dabi coming in to make fun of you, or Tomura trying to persuade you to change your mind and apologize. You’d never apologize to him. He made your life a living hell for months, and you couldn’t take it anymore!
A knock at the door pulls you away from your thoughts. Unlocking and peeking her head inside, Himiko smiles softly at you. “Hey, bestie.”
“Leave me alone, Toga. I don’t want to talk to you,” you glare.
“Please, let me explain. I didn’t have a choice!” she pleads.
“Whatever.”
“Shiggy ordered me to go with him. I didn’t know we were going to kidnap you; if I did, I would never have gone along with it. You don’t deserve this, and I’m sorry.”
“Well, ‘sorry’ won’t get me out of here. Tomura’s fucking crazy and he’s definitely not gonna let me go now.”
“What if I helped you get out of here?”
“What, Toga, that’s crazy? The rest of his gang is lurking out there and there’s no way they’ll let me get out without someone either alerting Shiggy or catching us.”
“Not if there’s a distraction. You’re still talking to that sleepy guy and his gang right?”
“Yeah, why?”
“You have their numbers?”
“It’s go time!” Eijirou says, his voice booming as he yells.
The group nodded as they all got into position.
“Oops!” Mina exclaims loudly.
Deliberately kicking out her foot, Mina pushes over the closest bike and snickers as the rest satisfyingly fall like dominoes, each creating a loud clang! noise that was impossible not to hear. From inside, Tomura’s head turned towards the door along with Hitoshi’s. A small smile came to Hitoshi’s face as Tomura’s wrinkled with annoyance.
“Will you idiots go check that out?!” He practically yells.
The other gang members look at each other before nodding and running outside.
Mina sticks her tongue out at the gang members as she hops on her bike before revving her engine and driving off.
“It’s just you and me now,” Tomura smiles.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Means there’s not gonna be any witnesses.”
Hitoshi barely had time to process Tomura’s words as he swiftly moves to the side as Tomura charges at him, switchblade in hand.
“Holy shit, dude!” Hitoshi gasps. “What the fuck!”
Tomura’s tongue rakes over his top lip as he turns back towards Hitoshi and spins the knife in his hand.
“You would’ve left if you knew what was good for you!”
Tomura charges again, but this time Hitoshi is prepared. Hitoshi slides to the side, jerking Tomura’s arm to the side as his hand forms into a fist. He takes a deep breath as he launches his fist into the side of Tomura’s head, effectively knocking him over, making him land on the floor with a harsh thud.
“Fuck, you little shit!” he hisses.
The knife fell out of his hand, and a second was all Hitoshi needed before he leaps on top of Tomura, grabbing the switchblade before folding it closed.
“No!” Tomura yells.
His eyes opened wide as he grabs Hitoshi by the throat and flips them over. A wide grin stretching acrosshis face as he noticed the blade clutched in Hitoshi’s hand.
“You have two choices here, loverboy, either you give me the blade, and you can die that way, or you get choked to death like a bitch. Your choice!”
“All this for a woman who doesn’t even want you around?! That’s pathetic!” Hitoshi spits.
Tomura growls as he lifts Hitoshi’s head and slams it into the concrete, repeating the motion until Hitoshi’s eyes begin to roll back into his head. The next time Tomura does it, Hitoshi pivots, using his strength to slam his head right into Tomura’s nose. Tomura’s hands fly to his face; crimson dripping incessantly from his nostrils and covering his fingers.
“Goddammit!” he grunts.
Hitoshi uses the opportunity to scramble away, stars dancing in his vision. Looking at the switchblade in hand, he tosses it aside before rolling out of the way as Tomura tries punching his face again.
Tomura gets up, the pain in his nose only fueling his adrenaline more. His eyes are red with unshed tears, but to Hitoshi, it looked like they were filled with rage.
“You’re gonna pay for that!” He growls.
“Like hell!” a new voice calls out.
Hitoshi looks towards the entrance to see Katsuki rushing towards Tomura, his body colliding with Tomura’s, knocking him back onto the ground.
“Katsuki!”
“Can’t let you have all the fun,” he grins.
Katsuki helps Hitoshi stand and glares at Tomura, struggling to balance himself upright again. “Fuckin’ bastard’s still swinging? Let’s take this creep down,” Katsuki grins.
As Tomura charges at them again, Katsuki clenches his fist, slamming it into Tomura’s back as he dodges his attack.
“This doesn’t concern you blondie, but since you want to be a hero so bad, guess I’ll have to get rid of you too!” he growles, stumbling as he glares at the duo. He swings at Katsuki, grinning like a madman as he takes Katsuki by surprise.
Katsuki ducks, swinging his fist into Tomura’s gut before groaning as he gets punched by him in the nose, sending Katsuki staggering back as Hitoshi rushes forward.
Jabbing his hand into Tomura’s side, Hitoshi tried his best to knock Tomura off his feet or at least incapacitate him.
This went on for ten minutes, the three men punching, jabbing, and occasionally kicking their opponents until Tomura suddenly got the upper hand as he stood over the tired and bruised bodies of Katsuki and Hitoshi.
“I’m the only one getting what he wants tonight!” His voice turned deranged with a psychotic edge in it. “I’ve got the woman of my dreams, my territory, and my gang. I rule this city!”
Katsuki grunted, a deep dark bruise forming on his arm, trying to push himself up before falling. Hitoshi let out a groan, reaching toward his friend, who lay on the ground a few feet away from him.
“This is the end for you two! You’re never gonna see the light of day ever ag—”
Bang!
Hitoshi and Katsuki looked up to see Hanta, standing behind Tomura, breathing heavily with a baseball bat in his hand.
Tomura fell to the ground with a loud thud, his body crumpling as he lay in a pathetic heap.
“Hanta?!” “Plain face?!” they shout.
“That was for Denki.”
Hanta helped the two men stand. “You guys okay?”
“Tch, I’m fine.”
“Little bruised, but I’ll live.”
The three turned around at the sounds of footsteps, Hanta raising the baseball bat in case some of Shigaraki’s goons heard the commotion. The three sighed in relief as a familiar and unfamiliar face appeared around the corner.
“Y/n?” Hitoshi breathed.
“‘Toshi!” You exclaimed.
He smiled as you ran towards him, embracing each other before letting go, except he still held you in his arms, resting his head on yours.
“Who’s she?” He turned his attention towards the blonde behind you.
“That’s Toga, don’t worry, she’s good,”
She gave a small wave, a wide grin on her face as she watched you two. Without warning, there was a pounding at the door.
“Huh?” Hitoshi turned around, hiding you behind him.
The door burst open, and men dressed in the same uniform stormed into the warehouse.
“Police! Toga screamed.
“Freeze! T.P.D, don’t move!” one of the officers shouted. “Drop the weapon!”
Hanta carefully lowers his baseball bat and kicks it away from them.
“Which one of you is L/n?” another officer orders.
Peeking your head out from behind Hitoshi, you raise your hand. “That would be me, sir.”
“Walk forward, very slowly. Are you okay, did they hurt you?” the officer asks once you’re beside him.
“I’m fine, sir. It wasn’t them who hurt me. It was Tomura Shigaraki and his gang. He’s the one who kidnapped me. Wait, where is he?”
“On the ground over there,” Hanta scoffs. “He also ordered his goons to beat up my boyfriend.”
“Is this true?”
“Yes, it is,” Himiko speaks up, stepping forward.
“Who are you?”
“Himiko Toga, sir. I’m part of Tomura’s gang. I turned because Bossman’s ideologies and obsession with my friend went too far.”
“All of you are coming with me. Yoshitomo, Sadako, get him out of here.”
You watch a man and a woman dressed in uniform walk over to Tomura’s slightly rocking body and hoist him up, dragging him outside towards an ambulance. You look at Hitoshi nervously before being led into an unmarked police car by the officer.
Several hours after you and your friends were intensely questioned and interrogated by the police, you were let go except for Tomura, who was charged with kidnapping, attempted homicide, assault in the second degree, and accessory after the fact for the trauma he’s caused you and Denki.
After one of the officers dropped you off at home, you opened your door and instantly stiffened as you heard rustling.
“Neo?” you call out. “I just got home from getting kidnapped and I am not afraid to punch someone in the throat!”
You feel around for the light and shout in surprise as you see your coworkers emerge from behind your kitchen counter. “Surprise!”
“Ahh! Wait, Tsu? Koda? Sato? What are you guys doing here? Also, how’d you get in?”
“We might’ve found the spare key,” Tsuyu admits with a sheepish smile.
You laugh tiredly and walk over to them, pulling them all in for a big hug. “You will not believe the shit that I’ve been through. I’m just happy that this is all over.”
“What’s over?”
“It’s a long story.”
After telling them what happened, you all hugged and spent the next couple of hours, catching up and spending some time together. You sat on the couch and waved at Tsuyu as she was the last to leave, shutting the door behind her. Cleaning up after them, you smiled over at Neo who laid on your counter, tail flopping lightly.
“Hello, my pretty kitty,” you coo as you pet her, giving her chin scratches. “Do you want dinner?”
“Prrbt”
“Good girl.”
Lounging on your couch, you idly pet Neo before feeling your phone vibrate on the arm.
Toshi😊 is calling you…

“B-Butterfly?”
You brought your head from between your knees, your eyes as wide as saucers as you stared at the man before you.
“Tamaki?”
He had a slight grin on his face, just a small upward tilt of his lips. You’d normally be happy to see your friend, your best friend, ever since you met at the cat cafe around the corner from the school he used to go to, but not today. There was blood on the side of his face, matching the bloodshot look in his eyes. The same crimson red also stained his hero uniform, soaking into the no longer snow-colored cloak.
“B-Butterfly, we need to leave! Now!” A sense of urgency overtook his voice.
He stepped forward into the closet you were hiding in, the light shining behind him, making him look like an angel. But you knew that was far from the truth. The reality of the situation finally hit you like a truck.
“No!” You screamed. “Stay away from me! You monster!”
“That-that’s not very nice of you, Butterfly,” Tears welled in his eyes as he continued to approach you.
You backed up as far as you could into the closet until you eventually hit a wall. Tamaki continued to stalk towards you, eventually reaching where you were and crouching down. He was close. Too close, your noses were almost touching as he placed the hand without blood on it to hold your cheek. Tears started freely streaming down your face.
“Ple-please don’t hurt me,” You begged.
There was hurt in his eyes and disgust. “Why would I ever hurt you? I want to take you to our home, that’s it. Wou-Would you come with me?”
The scent of copper hit your nose, invading your nostrils and causing your eyes to water even more. It smelled disgusting, looked disgusting, and all of the blood on Tamaki made him look like a butcher.
“No! Tamaki! Leave!”
Dark shadows overtook his face. You couldn’t tell what he was thinking about as he stroked your cheek with his thumb.
“Okay, you’re right,” He sighed. “We can leave.”
You launched your foot before he could move, kicking him straight in the stomach. All the air in his lungs left him, his lips parting as he exhaled, his hands immediately holding onto his gut as he fell over with the gentle noise of a whimper.

You launched your foot before he could move, kicking him straight in the stomach. All the air in his lungs left him, his lips parting as he exhaled, his hands immediately holding onto his gut as he fell over with the gentle noise of a whimper.
Shit. Shit. Shit.
You stood up and kicked him again, whether out of pettiness or for good measure, you didn’t know, but this time with the force of your foot, he rolled into a wall. He hit the wall with a loud thump! His face towards the wall as he lay in a defeated heap on the floor.
“Babe!” You shrieked as you ran out of the closet, slamming the door behind you.
You had to find him. He was the only one who could stop Tamaki at this point. Your thoughts came to a sharp halt as you heard quiet moans go through one ear and out the other. Without hesitation, your legs stopped running for the front door and began to head towards the living room where the sounds were coming from. You skidded to a stop as soon as you reached the doorway. Your eyes felt wet again as you began to cry for the third time that day.
“Mirio!” You dropped to the floor and crawled over to him.
Now you know who’s blood Tamaki was covered in. Your eyes scanned his condition; his baby blue shirt was dyed crimson. Suction cup marks wrapped around his neck like a necklace. His right leg was twisted in a position it should not be in, same as his left arm, except it was bent in several positions, bone poking through the skin. Gashes littered his body, the most noticeable one being on his face; the rest varied from his arms to his legs. You were on the verge of vomiting. You would’ve thought he was dead if it wasn’t for his chest's gentle rise and fall.
Upon hearing your voice, he opened his eyes.
“Oh… hey Sunshine,” He let out gentle laughter to the best of his ability.
“Mirio! Oh my god! We need to get you to a hospital!”
“Hm? Oh… yeah, yeah,” He nodded.
He was out of it. Must be all of the adrenaline rushing through his body to ease the pain.
“I’ll go get help, okay?” You bring his hand to your lips, pecking the flesh before placing his hand back on the floor. He let out a groan of pain. “Stay here and play dead for a bit,”
Mirio nodded wordlessly, a layer of glaze in his eyes as he stared at you.
“I love you so much, (Y/N),”
He smiled at you, blood running out of his mouth as you stared at the smile that caught your attention when you saw him with Tamaki for the first time. The smile that you’ve been attached to for the past three years.
It shook you to your core that this might be the last time you’ll ever see it.
You took a deep breath, a bad idea because the air was tainted with blood, and stood up.
A scream tore through your throat as you were pinned against the wall. Your head slammed into the drywall as black spots danced in your vision. You felt suction cups on your skin as tentacles constricted you like a snake, wrapping around your body and pinning you in place. Panic filled your form as you knew there was only one person within the vicinity who could summon tentacles. Emerging from the shadows was a bloodied Tamaki.
“Butterfly?” Hurt was visible in his voice. “Why would you try and hurt me?”
You stayed silent, not knowing what to say and terrified of his response.
“It-It’s okay, you were just scared!” He rationalized. “You just didn’t know what was happening, it’s okay! I forgive you!”
You finally found your voice. “Tamaki! Let me go! Please!”
“N-No can do, you’re mine, you’ve been mine since the beginning!”
Horror overtook your form as you saw him glaring at Mirio on the floor. Mirio returned the glare, except his was one filled with sadness and despair.
“Tama…” Mirio huffed.
“You’re lucky to be alive,” Tamaki’s darkened eyes burned holes through Mirio. “Let’s go. Butterfly, we’re leaving.”
“No! No! No!” You kicked and screamed as he began to carry you to the door. “Tamaki! You can’t leave him here like this. That’d be cruel! He needs a hospital!”
“Y-you’re right, Butterfly….” He looked longingly at Mirio. “That would be cruel.”
It all happened so fast. You felt time slow down as you watched helplessly as a tentacle wrapped around Mirio’s neck. Tears spilled from your eyes as you heard a loud snap! Your hope was torn into pieces as Mirio’s body fell limp. A final tear traveled down his face as your thrashing in Tamaki’s arms worsened.
“Butterfly! Please calm down! He was trying to tear us apart!” Tamaki’s voice went soft as if he didn’t just kill his best friend and your boyfriend in front of you. “You’re going to hurt yourself!”
“No! Get away from me! Put me down! Now!” You screamed as he walked towards the door, away from Mirio’s body. “Mirio! Please! Wake up!”
No response. Not even the gentle, calm breathing you’ve come to know. Mirio wasn’t even knocked out. He was gone. You felt bile rise in your throat, threatening to spill over your tongue as the hot liquid traveled up your esophagus. Mirio was dead, your final hope was defeated—no, not defeated, murdered. Your final hope was murdered as you stood helplessly on the sidelines. You were quirkless. It had been your curse since you were born. There was no way you could take on Tamaki alone. Of course, you knew basic defense, but how helpful was that going to be in the face of Tamaki?
“Why are you doing this?” You mumble, defeat clouding your voice. Your struggling ceased as you laid limp in his arms, all the fight gone.
“Because I love you! And I deserve you! I tried for years to get you to notice me, and all you cared about was Mirio this! Mirio that! What about me, Butterfly?! I’ve loved you since the day we met.”
One week ago…
Static filled Tamaki’s ears. He couldn’t believe what just went through his left ear and out of his right.
“Tama?” Mirio popped in front of his face. “Did you hear what I said?”
“Oh, sorry… no, not really,” Tamaki mumbled. “Could you repeat it again?”
“I said,” Mirio smiled, blue eyes shining like diamonds. “Would you help me pick out a ring for (Y/N)?”
“Y-Yes! It would be my honor!” Tamaki gave a smile, but it didn’t reach his eyes as he pulled Mirio in for a hug.
“S-So you’re going to propose to her?”
“Mhm!” The grip on Tamaki tightened, excitement clear in Mirio’s hug. “We’ve been together for so long now! And if she says yes… can you be the best man?”
Tamaki felt tears well in his eyes. Thankfully Mirio wouldn’t be able to tell due to the hug. He didn’t know why he was crying. Was it over losing the love of his life or the fact that his best friend wanted him, of all people, to be his best man?
“Ofcourse, I’d love to.” Tamaki lied.
The two pulled away from each other, Tamaki blinking away the tears before Mirio noticed.
“C’mon, buddy… let’s go find a ring for her….” Tamaki encouraged.
Mirio drove the two downtown to the nicest jewelry store in the city. Once they walked in and went to the back, they were greeted with several different types of rings. All different colors, different gems, different levels of shininess, there were so many to choose from as well.
“Tama! What do you think of this one?” Mirio pointed at the case, his finger landing above a ring, one with an emerald at the center as it was outlined by diamonds and more emeralds. It was absolutely stunning. You’d love it.
“Excuse me, sir!” Mirio called the man behind the counter over. “We’d like this one please!”
“M-Mirio?” Tamaki looked down at the floor, playing with his fingers.
“Hm?”
“What if I had a crush on a girl… but the girl was kinda…occupied with others?”
Mirio let out a hearty laugh, followed by a few slaps on the back. Tamaki blushed, his face turning a bright red as the confession slipped past his lips.
“You should go for it man!” Mirio encouraged him. “You deserve to be happy! You deserve whatever girl you want and I hope they can make you the happiest man on the planet!”
“Thanks, Mirio…”
Your harsh words snapped Tamaki back to reality. “Are you insane?! Deserve me?! I’m not some fucking prize to be won! I’m a human being with thoughts and feelings! You should’ve said something to me! This…this is too far, Tamaki!”
“Ofcourse, Butterfly, we can discuss this when we get home,” he coos, cupping your face.
Jerking your face away from his touch, you stare at him with tears and fear-filled eyes. “Home?! You took away the only home I had! I don’t want to go anywhere with you!”
“You’re making me feel bad, Butterfly. Please, lets just talk about this.”
“No!”
Taking a rag out of his pocket, he sighed and lifted it to your face, smiling softly as the fight left your eyes as they drooped.
“That’s a good girl. Don’t worry butterfly, you’ll be home soon.”

One Month Later
It’s been weeks since Tamaki locked you into this room. You could only tell night from day whenever the automatic lamp turned on. You had to admit, the room was nice, but being in here drove you absolutely up the wall. There was a bathroom attached to the room. The bed was comfortable and large, decorated in cotton-candy-colored silk sheets with the best pillows made with the softest stuffing. The problem with the room was that there were no windows. No way for someone to know you were here unless they physically walked in the house and went all the way to the back. You hated it. You wanted to go back to Mirio, but you couldn’t. Any hope you had was taken when you saw the love of your life’s eyes drain right in front of you.
“Are you ready to cooperate now?” Tamaki asks, walking into the room, staring at you as you lay on the bed, facing away from the door.
“No! I hate you! You’re a murderer and a fucking psychopath! Get out!!” You screamed and threw a pillow at him, all of your anger flaring up upon hearing your kidnapper's voice.
“F-fine, no dinner I suppose…” he mumbles.
The door closed with a quiet click as you were left to scream until your throat was raw.
The endless cycle of him coming into your room, giving you water and the occasional food tray whenever you didn’t use your energy to fight, kick, scream and spew words filled with toxicity. Within two months, you were a shell of your former self. Your eyes had lost their shine, only leaving voids of emptiness behind. You flinched as you heard the door open, hearing muffled footsteps before feeling arms wrap around your torso and a muscled chest warm your back.
“Ready to listen to me now?”
“You…you won’t hurt me right?”
“Never, Butterfly, I love you. I would never hurt you. I promise I’ll keep you safe and happy as long as I live.”
“Where do we start?”
“How about… we start with watching your favorite show on the couch?”
You nodded as he led you out of the room and through the halls, your hands intertwined as a soft smile formed on his face.
You couldn’t help but look around the living room, noticing all the knickknacks and how the decor complimented his quiet lifestyle. There were numerous books, most of them you noticed had hearts on them. You looked over at the sofa. Tamaki had already taken his seat as he patted the cushion closest to him. You sighed as you took a seat, the energy off of Tamaki practically radiating.
After weeks of hating him, you finally attempted to be close with him. The usually anxious and shy man had never felt so happy before.
He couldn’t believe it! You were willingly sitting with him and watching tv with him! You two were finally making some progress!
You eventually fell asleep after a few episodes, your head landing on Tamaki’s shoulder.
You were perfect to him.
——-three months later——-
“H-Hey Mirio…” Tamaki waved.
Silence filled his ears. He stared at what was in front of him, his facial features going slack while he stared at his best friend’s grave. Many different types of flowers surrounded the headstone, multiple colors clashing together to create an almost rainbow color.
“I just wanted to let you know that… today is the big day!” He tried to sound cheerful. “I’m gonna do it!”
There was no response. Just the noise of the wind whipping the trees and bushes.
“I also wanted to let you know that (Y/N) is doing okay,” A maniacal laugh slipped out of him. “She’s finally adjusted to our…situation. She’s so happy now!”
He tapped his foot impatiently, fixing the tie to his suit and checking his phone for the time as he wanted to be back at home at a specific time.
“I’m sorry about the way things ended between us… but you just—you got in the way! None of this would’ve happened if you had just left me and (Y/N) alone!” He rationalized out loud. “You stole her from me! So I had to take her back!”
The one-sided conversation lasted for about 30 minutes before Tamaki let out a loud defeated sigh.
“I have to go,” He checked his phone once again. “Bye Mirio, wish me luck!”
He walked out of the cemetery, shoulders slumped with an upset look on his face in case the press was around. Once he reached his car, he drove quickly, nearly speeding until he was back home. Even though you two had worked out the kinks in your “relationship,” there was still an overwhelming sense of anxiety when he left you alone. What if you escaped? What if you hurt yourself, and he wasn’t there to protect you? He’d never forgive himself if anything terrible happened to you while he was gone.
“(Y/N)?” Tamaki called for you as he entered the house, brushing himself off.
He walked down the halls, heading towards the kitchen where he saw you humming lightly to yourself and sprinkling seasoning into a pot that sat on the stove, warm steam rising out of it.
“Tamaki!” You turned around and smiled. “Dinner is almost ready!”
He returned your smile with kind eyes and came up from behind you, kissing your forehead before taking his seat at the dining room table.
“Take your time, Butterfly,”
You nodded and returned to stirring the pot, the spaghetti sauce bubbling. You mixed the noodles, smiling as you coated them in the sauce, and the food was finished within minutes. At the table, you and Tamaki ate while making small talk about how both of your days went and what plans you had for the next.
“Um, (Y/N)?” Tamaki practically mumbled.
“Hm?” Your head popped up, your attention now away from your plate.
“Can we talk about something?” He fiddled with his tie.
“Sure, what’s up?” You asked.
“(Y/N) (L/N),” Tamaki rose from his chair and got down on one knee.
“Oh my God…” You breathed.
“These have been the best months of my life. I love every single thing about you. How you always yell at the TV during our show and how caring you are towards me, our friends and the cats that wander sporadically in the backyard. What I’m trying to say is, will you, (Y/N) (L/N), the most beautiful woman in my life, give me the honor of calling you, my wife?”
He dug in his pocket before pulling out a small black velvet box that held a beautiful emerald ring. This golden ring had a large pear-shaped emerald in its center. Surrounding it were smaller diamonds along the sides of the emerald. It sparkled in the light, utterly enchanting you.
You stared at him, stunned. You couldn’t believe your eyes. Tamaki Amajiki, the love of your life, wanted you to be his wife. There was no other answer you could give him. “Yes! I…I will marry you!” Tears welled in your eyes, nodding.
He let out a laugh as he picked you up and spun you around, kissing your nose as he placed you back in your seat.
Let me preface this by saying that this is not a fanfiction, this is a drabble. Thank you to @craftycheetah for helping me get this out!!
No, no, no, but can you imagine a no-powers AU professional chess player Shinsou? Because I can see it!
Okay, so let me set the scene...
You two met in high school; you both were in AP classes, most of your classes lining up. And so often, you would see this boy get tormented for everything under the sun, his looks, his hair, his hobbies, but there was one thing about him that stuck out to you. At lunch, while you’d hang out with your friends, you would see him sitting with one other person, a blonde fellow with a black lightning stripe down his hair. You’d seen him around before. He was on the cheer team. But there was something different, laying on the table was a chessboard.
“Wow, Hitoshi!” The blonde exclaimed, “You’re super good at this!”
You were intrigued, to say the least, so what do intrigued people do? They investigate, of course! So you made your way over to the nearly empty table, waving and smiling at the two boys, asking them what they were doing.
“We’re playing chess!” Energy radiated in the blonde’s voice. “Hitoshi is a literal genius when it comes to this game!”
“Mind if I have a turn?” You asked.
"Go ahead!” The energetic one answered.
So you played, trying your best to make small talk between each chess piece moving. Hitoshi answered politely, asking you questions in return about your day, how the classes you shared were going, etc. One question caught you off guard, though.
“So do you have a boyfriend?”
You spluttered and dropped the piece on the floor, going under the table to pick it back up and place it on the board.
“Oh-um! I… I’m single, pretty much….”
“What a shame,” A small sigh left his lips. “You seem like a lovely person. Especially to be talking to the ‘weird kid’,”
“I don’t think you’re weird, I think you’re pretty cool!” You offered him a small smile.
Your eyes gravitated towards his, away from the pieces and the game, towards his facial features. You thought he was pretty, he had a strong jawline, beautiful lavender-colored eyes, and the eye bags actually suited him!
“Checkmate,” His smooth voice rolled over you, and your eyes met. “I hope to see you again, (Y/N).”
A smile came to both of your faces.
And that was the start of your friendship with him!
People always asked, “Y/n, you’re such a nice person! Why are you hanging out with that weirdo?” but you always gave them the same answer. “Just because you think he’s weird doesn’t mean he is.”
So, you began to sit at his table during lunch. Only him and the other person whose name you figured out is Denki. Denki was super friendly! You can see why he and Hitoshi got along.
Over time you grew away from your friends. No, it didn’t make you a social outcast perse, but you were looked down upon by those that didn’t like Hitoshi and, in turn, decided to use you as a tactic for bullying him.
“Dude, she’s super cool. Why don’t you ask her out before someone comes around and picks her up?”
“She’s not into me anyways. Besides you heard what those assholes said. Try anything and they make the rest of her year here a living hell.”
“Hi ‘toshi!” You bounced up to the table, unaware of what they were talking about.
“Hi (Y/N)!” Denki gleamed.
Hitoshi put up a hand and waved at you.
“Are we gonna play another game of chess today?” You asked, rubbing your hands together.
“Actually, (Y/N)!” Denki smiled, energy radiating off of him once again. “We were wondering if you wanted to meet us at the park this Friday! After school? It’ll be super fun!”
Denki repeatedly kicked Hitoshi under the table, indicating that he should continue the conversation with you. When that wasn’t effective enough, he had one last option.
“Welp! I need to go to the bathroom. You two continue planning the date- day! I mean day! You two continue planning the day! I will be back!”
Once Denki walked away from the table, you looked at Hitoshi, who was avoiding your gaze.
“Hey, ‘toshi. Are you okay? You’re kinda quiet today. More quiet than usual. Is something wrong?”
“I'm okay. Let’s just finish this game and lunch then go to class.”
“What about Friday?”
“Maybe another time!” he stammers, packing his things and rushing out of the cafeteria, the tips of his ears burning bright pink.
Your brows furrowed at his strange behavior as he ran off.
The next time you saw Hitoshi was in AP environmental. You recently moved to his table for a project, and of course, it gifted you a few glares and whispers. You would always ignore them, but they did hurt a little bit.
Hitoshi felt terrible about what he did. He shouldn’t have run off like that and left you there alone. So when he saw you in class, he passed you a note, not wanting people to see you talk to him out of fear of what they’d do to you.
“About the park on Friday… I’d love to. What time?”
You smiled and looked up at him, making a 5 symbol with your hand, and he nodded, shooting you a quick text about the details before the teacher walked in and class started.
‘I’ve got a date with the cutest guy ever!’ you think.
After two long days, Friday eventually arrived.
You met with Hitoshi at the park. You started off the evening with a few chess matches, him complimenting you on how much you’ve improved since your first chess match and ending the evening sitting on the swings, talking about life and checking up on each other.
“Still no boyfriend?” Hitoshi asked.
“Still no boyfriend,” You sighed. “I wish I had one though! That’d be cool.”
“If it makes you feel any better, I still don’t have a girlfriend,”
“That’s actually very surprising, you’re such a catch and I bet you’d make a great boyfriend,”
“Well… a lot of the girls at our school don’t think so,”
“They’re just being stupid! You’re too good for them anyways,”
“Yeah… I guess so,” There was a comfortable silence between the two of you for a few minutes. “Hey, (Y/N)?”
“Yeah?”
“What if I had a crush on my best friend?”
“Denki? You should totally go for him!”
“Uh, no, I meant…you,” His screwed his eyes tightly shut. “It’s just that… you’re so cool and nice and I really love you and I can see us spending the rest of our lives together and-”
“You… you love me?”
He nodded, his head buried in his hands as he desperately tried to hide the rising blush on his face.
“You’re cute when you’re flustered, y’know.”
“You think I’m cute?”
“I think you’re hot. If you’d pull your head out of your hands, I could tell you to that cute face of yours.”
He stared at you as you smiled and let out a soft giggle. He began laughing as well, your hands slipping into each other, and the swingset rocked you both back and forth.
“Wanna be cute together?” He looked at you with wide eyes.
“I’d love to!” You pecked his cheek.
And that would be the story of how you and Hitoshi got together!
Can you imagine rugby player Eren? Because no, no, no, rugby is a very aggressive sport and it is very easy to get injured while playing it. Eren has been leading the team to victory for a whole season, with his worst injury being a black eye and a few bruises, so everyone thinks that the captain of the rugby team is a huge brute because if he only receives bruises, what do his opponents receive? This shook everyone because they’ve seen some baaaad accidents in the rugby matches, so ideas of Eren are already preconceived. When in reality, he is the softest man with a bit of a nerd side. He loves Hange’s Earth Science class with all of his heart but he loves you even more. You’re his #1, the one he would sacrifice everything for.
Before and after games you guys would spend time with each other, he called these his pregame and post game “rituals”. Claiming how the reason he hasn’t broken a bone yet in this business is because of you. You’re his good luck charm, and his team mates think so too! Jean and Armin are super supportive of your relationship, always helping Eren out on what to say and what to do when he’s around you. They even brought him flowers post game to give to you.
Post game Eren who finds you on the bleachers and caresses your face before leaving multiple smooches on your cheeks and lips, the crowd cheering around you as you giggle. Mikasa coming down with Sasha, hand in hand to congratulate you two and for Sasha to offer the friend group to come over to her friend Niccolo’s restaurant.
The group of course says yes and even the opposing team, the Warriors, and their friends, come to the restaurant and you all talk and have a good time. Eren has a secret competition with Reiner, the Warriors captain, and loves flexing that you’re his girlfriend. He would feed you in front of everyone and if you had a crumb on your face he’d go “Here, baby, let me help you,” and gently dab your face with a napkin as your friends rolled their eyes and cooed.
In conclusion, rugby Eren would be a loving boyfriend <3

“I’m sorry. You want me to do what?”
Looking up at the chestnut-skinned girl, Hitoshi Shinsou never thought that you, the captain of the basketball team, just asked him to tutor her.
“Yeah, you’re like, super-smart, right?” You smile, “Physics is the only class I’m this close to failing—” you make a pinching gesture, “—and I don’t want to get kicked off the team. Tutor me pleeaasseee~.”
“I see,” Hitoshi nods, still slightly confused, “But why me?”
“I dunno,” you shrug, and the sleeve of your letterman jacket falls a little, exposing the strap of your sports bra, “You’re basically at the top of the class. Professor’s always saying how smart you are and stuff, so I thought it’d be a good idea. What do you think?”
Hitoshi weighs out his options. He doesn’t really have anything to lose. Just a couple of weeks of tutoring should be enough if it’s just one subject.
“Sure. Okay.”
You clap excitedly, “You’re so amazing. I’m not a total fucking idiot so don’t worry, I’ll do good I promise. Gimme your number so we can plan something.”
Hitoshi gets his phone out of his hoodie pocket so both of you can exchange information.
“Awesome,” you grin again, flashing your colorful braces, “I’ll text you. I gotta go. Later, ‘Toshi.”
Hitoshi watches you stride down the hall, disappearing between the people.
“Toshi?” He mumbles, confused by the nickname.
Later that night, when Hitoshi was studying, his phone chimes. It’s you.
Hitoshi chews his lip nervously. You’re way too cheerful over some tutoring, but he supposes that’s good. At least you’re enthusiastic about learning.
The next day once you and the other girls finished practice, your phone rings.
“Hello?” You answer, tucking your phone between your shoulder and ear so you can continue packing up
“Hey, (Y/n). It’s Hitoshi. I’m in the library, towards the computer section.”
“Okay, I’ll see you soon. Bye.”
Hanging up the phone, you place it in your bag just as you’re pushed forward from behind by a familiar rose-haired girl.
“Hey, Queenie, who ya talking to?” Mina smiles, draping her arms over your shoulder.
“No one. I gotta head to the library. I’ll text you later.” you pick up your bag and head towards the showers.
“Oh? Well, alright then! Later (Y/n).” She waves.
Once you finished, you made your way out of the gym toward the campus library. Showing your ID, you push past the turnstile and walk towards the computer area. Spotting a familiar head of violet hair sitting at one of the furthest tables, you make your way over. “Hi Toshi,” you whisper loud enough for him to hear.
Shit! She scared the hell out of me! Where'd she come from?
“Oh. Hey, (Y/n),” Hitoshi mumbles.
You sit in the chair across from him, “Hey hey, what’s up?”
“Just y’know, sitting. Studying…” Hitoshi gestures to the books in front of him.
“What for?”
“Got a Statistics test next week.”
“Was this a bad time?”
“No, it's okay. I finished studying ten minutes before you got here. So, you said you needed help with Physics?”
“Y-yeah. This one topic the professor's been teaching has been confusing the hell out of me and I don't understand the homework.”
“What's the topic exactly?”
“Kinematics,” you groan softly. “I always mix up the formulas and end up screwing up.”
“You just need to remember which ones go with which type of problem. Here let's make some flashcards.”
As you listened to him ramble, you swooned at the sound of his voice, internally realizing he'd have to learn this was just to hang out with him.
That’s a problem for future y/n.
He shows you the flashcards he made, and you quickly skim them. You know all this stuff already, so there’s no point in actually learning it, but it has to be convincing.
“Wow, these are amazing,” you smile at him, “Super easy to memorize.”
He shrugs, “That was kind of the goal.”
“You’re so smart Toshi.”
A slight pink blush spreads on his nose, “Thanks. Should we get started?”
“Yes,” you nod excitedly.
You and Hitoshi go over the notes for the next hour and a half. You’re half paying attention, mainly listening to him ramble about velocity and acceleration, when his voice snaps you out of your daze.
“(Y/n), did you hear what I said?” he asks, glaring at you.
“94.4 miles per hour,” you smile cheekily.
Hitoshi felt his cheeks heat up as he suddenly had to adjust his sweats. “That's correct. Good job.”
“Thank you.”
“Let’s-“ he adjusts himself in his seat, “-let’s keep going.”
“Are you okay?”
“Yeah, let's keep reviewing.”
After about two hours, you two decide that was enough for the day and start packing up.
“We can meet again tomorrow, same time,” he tells you
“Awesome,” you stand and stretch your arms over your head. Hitoshi tries not to look at the sliver of brown skin showing when your shirt lifts, instead focusing on a suddenly interesting spot on the table.
“You heading to your dorm?” You ask him.
“Uh yeah,” he responds.
“I’ll walk you.”
“You don’t have to.”
You bump his shoulder playfully, “S’fine dude. Let’s go. What building?”
“12–D”
“No shit, I’m in 11-D.”
“Guess we're neighbors then,” you smile
“Yeah. I guess so.”
A shout in the distance pulls you two's attention as you walk towards the buildings.
“Hey, cocoa butter!”
You rolled your eyes as you knew only one person that called you by that stupid nickname. Yo Shindō. Your ex.
“What do you want, Yo? And I told you to stop calling me that!”
Yo walks up to both of you, black hair messier than usual.
“Awww, you used to love it,” he smirks
“No, I tolerated it.”
Yo focuses on Hitoshi, eyes narrowing. “Who’s this?”
“I'm—“
“None of your business,” You cut in, throwing your arm over Hitoshi's shoulder, “A friend, come on” you try to lead Hitoshi away, but Yo steps in front of you, “He’s kinda short.”
Hitoshi frowns, “Sorry I’m not freakishly tall like you two.”
Yo sizes him up, “Yeah….sorry. Anyway, cocoa butter, me and the guys are shooting hoops later and I’d love you on my team.”
You grimace, “Yeah, no. Bye”
You and Hitoshi keep it pushing, leaving Yo frowning on the path
“So…. Who was that?” Hitoshi finally asks when you take him to his building
“Ugh, don’t worry about him,” you wave dismissively, “Same time tomorrow?”
“Uh yeah, sure.”
You smile wide and pat his head, “Great, see ya then. Byyyeeee”
He watches you make your way towards the next building, hands in your pockets and whistling loudly. So carefree.

Your widened eyes scanned over the figure, from head to toe. He was taller than you, much taller than you. Had to be a good 8 ft, maybe even a little more. What caught your attention were its eyes. Its irises were blood red, while its sclera was pitch black. They were the colors of nightmares and war. Despite the dark association, you couldn’t help but think they were beautiful. Surrounding its eyes was a lighter shade of black, not gray per se but more of a licorice black. The color outlined its face like a mask, filling in its area. Your eyes moved to the side. With this angle, you could see part of its back, and oh boy, were you not prepared to see it. Trailing along its back were spines. The spikes were multicolored, black with tips of red on them. They weren’t really long, but they were sharp as if one placement of your finger would cut you and cause blood to pool. Your eyes squinted as you took notice of a bright light behind him that was pulsating, going in and out as it looked like it was flickering. You could see chunks of some type of metal from the light radiating from it. Was that a… spaceship? You gulped nervously.
Your face pales as the figure is standing right in front of you, gripping the bat, mid-swing, to the point where it caves in on itself. “What. The. Fuck,” you think to yourself.
The figure growls at you, gripping the bat and snapping it in half with its bare hands, and glares harshly. That… That bat was made of metal...
You wince at the foreign syllables harshly leaving its mouth as it yells at you, threatening you in its native tongue. Its growls and scolding words make you flinch where you stand. Through its verbal assault, you were able to recognize one word. A word that sets your mind ablaze. Glaring at him, you shoved what was left of the bat in its chest, lunging at it using a speed unknown to you. With the heat of a dozen disappointments and the fresh embarrassment of disrespected backing you, your words sharply left your mouth. “I don’t know who the hell- no. I don't know what the hell you think you are, but I do know good and damn well that you have no right to speak to me that way or call me a fucking dumbass!”
The creature growls at you opening its mouth before grunting softly and moving away from you to sit down against a tree.
Staring at it in anger and wonder, you notice it gripping its side. ‘Oh, shit, they’re hurt,’ you think, slightly feeling bad for them. ‘I can’t just leave them out here.’ Attempting to reach towards their wound, you flinch as he snaps at you. “Hey! Do you want me to help you or not?”
Katsuki glares at you as you walk away. “Bgzk tgymz. U paz'f zqqp tqd tqxb. U'xx nq ruzq az yk a— Rgow, ftue tgdfe…”
You sigh in annoyance as you make your way up the stairs to your bedroom, the floorboards creaking underneath you with every step. You should probably get that fixed sometime soon. As soon as you enter your room, you're crawling under your bed, grabbing the first aid kit. Off in the distance, you hear the creaking of your floorboards coming from the stairs- wait, what? Your brows furrowed in confusion as you analyzed the noise in your head. What possibly could that be? Your thoughts are interrupted as you feel a strong hand grab your ankle, pulling you out from under your bed as you clutched onto the first aid kit for dear life. Quickly, you flip over onto your back and send your feet flying into whoever grabbed you's direction. Your eyes widen, and you immediately stop as two hands grab your ankles, and you hear the familiar foreign language. “Oops. My bad..."
“Itmf mdq kag pauzs, tgymz?” it snarls.
“W-What are you doing here?! Your wounds! You need to sit down!”
"Shut up. Xagp. Faa xagp." (Loud. Too loud.)
You sighed and rolled your eyes, close to getting fed up with this… thing’s nonsense. How the hell did this happen? You had no idea. All you knew was that you had to help in the best way you could because that’s what you were raised to do, to always help others in need and to be there for loved ones. Unfortunately for you, you were raised to be a good person, and now that’s being put to the test by this creature landing in your backyard.
"Okay, listen, we're in my house, so you're either gonna behave your gigantic self, or you can sleep outside and let the government find and experiment on you. Your choice."
Bakugou huffs softly before sitting down in front of you. Opening the first aid kit, you grab gauze, cloth, and a travel-sized bottle of rubbing alcohol.
Reaching out to touch its wounds, you roll your eyes as it growls and chitters softly as a warning. “Oh shut up, ya big baby,” she huffs.
Tending to its wounds, you manage to stop the bleeding and clean him up. Pulling away, you sigh softly as you finish. “There we go. Alright, you can rest down he—Where’d he go….”
Shrugging, you make your way to your room and gasp as you open the door to see its hulking mass lying on your bed. “What the—! Hey! That's where I sleep! I said you sleep on the couch, not me!”
“If this… I’m not having no Walmart bargain bin, E.T-lookin’ wannabe steal my bed! Get out!”
“Za.”
“You’re an asshole,” you grumble, yanking your blanket off the bed and going downstairs to sleep on the couch.
Your eye twitched as you watched the creature’s face morph into a snarky look, its lips pulling back into a smile as he circled on your blankets before laying down, its garnet-red eyes closing as he dozed off into a peaceful dream.
You let out a deep groan as you made your way over to the couch, the soft chocolate cushions inviting you in as your face planted into the sofa, sinking slightly as you turned onto your side. You preferred to use the couch specifically for tv watching, but that'll have to do. Luckily, you picked out a comfortable sofa so sleeping on it was no problem.
You closed your eyes, and you decided to get some sleep of your own, the darkness eventually turning into your own dream.
You had no idea what you were going to do in the morning when you and the unknown creature woke up.

Hello everyone! This was popped out FAST and I love this fic sm. Hopefully you all love it as well! Please make sure to reblog and like and to give @craftycheetah some love too! We collaborated on this beautiful fic and I am so proud of the outcome. REMEMBER TO READ THE WARNINGS.
“Little Ember… Come out, come out, wherever you are~,”
You covered your mouth as the sound of footsteps filled the silent room. Your apartment building, to be exact. Tears streamed freely down your face as you hid under your bed, desperate to get out of your apartment alive.
“Wherever could you be….” A deep voice growled out.
It took all of your willpower not to scream in terror. From underneath the bed, you could see long legs and scarred hands, blue flames complimenting the burned skin as they paced around the room.
You have no idea how you got into this situation. One moment you were sitting on your couch peacefully, then the next, you heard someone breaking in, your first instinct was to call the police and hide, but deep down, you knew they wouldn’t get there in time. They never do, considering how bad this neighborhood is.
This was it. This was your doom. You didn’t want to die, not like this, not without making an impact in the world.
“Did you find them, Dabi?” Another voice called out. “Where could my wallflower be hiding?”
“Their window’s open. Maybe they ran out while we were looking for them in the other room?” the deep voice groans.
“Dammit, Dabi, I want my wallflower!”
“We’ll get them soon, Shiggy. Soon,”
As you started to calm down, hearing the door close, you felt your blood run cold as a partially gloved hand grabbed your ankle.
“Found you, wallflower~” The man known as Shiggy grins as he pulls you out from under the bed. Pinning you against your carpeted floor, he grins down at you, vermilion eyes condescendingly peering into your (e/c) ones. “We’ve been looking for you. Why were you hiding from us?”
Looking at both of them, you started to panic even more, realizing who broke into your apartment. “Y-you’re villains! Dabi and Tomura Sh-Shigaraki! Please don’t kill me! I don’t have any money! If you let me go, I won’t say anything to the police! I promise!” you plead.
“Oh, Little Ember,” Dabi grins, “You won’t be saying anything to anyone. You’re ours. Get the rag, Shiggy.”
Struggling beneath him, you whimper as he grabs a cloth from his back pocket. You try to kick at him to no avail as he sits on your legs, bringing a white rag towards your face, holding it against your mouth. Trying to hold your breath, you struggle against him as Dabi makes his way over.
Placing a scarred hand to your throat, he squeezes the sides softly, forcing you to breathe in the chloroform.
“Rest now, Little Ember. You’ll be safe with us soon,” he purrs as your vision goes black.
You awoke with a start, your head pulsing as it looked as if the world was covered with a black cloth. It was dark. Too dark for your liking. You closed your eyes, liking the darkness that you willingly chose over the darkness you were forcefully put into. It was obvious the lights were out wherever you were, but—wait, where were you in the first place?
You remembered what happened, the two villains in your apartment, them lurking around, then finding you and putting a rag against your nose.
Looking around the room, you find yourself on a bed with pale grey and ocean blue bed sheets. In the corner of the room, your eyes lock onto a glowing pair of blue ones sitting across the room.
"Well, good morning, Little Ember. How'd you sleep? Good, I assume," Dabi purrs from his seat. Standing up and making his way over to you, he softly strokes your face with the back of his hand. "We're going to have so much fun."
“Sleep?! You knocked me out!” You barked at the man, the feeling of fear miraculously leaving your body as you screamed at him. You flinched and turned your head away at the feeling of cold staples and burnt flesh touching your face. "Don't touch me!"
“Potato potato. You looked so cute while you were resting~” Dabi cooed at you, sitting on the edge of the bed.
“Where’s the other guy?!” You asked, an emotion you couldn’t pinpoint filling your voice.
“Oh? Tomura? Well, you can call him Shiggy. Don’t you worry your pretty little head about him, dear. He’s out taking care of some… business.”
"I'm not staying here with you monsters! Grand will save me, and he and the other heroes will lock you away forever!"
“Ah yes, the heroes. As if they’ve ever done anything worthwhile.” Dabi rolled his eyes. "All they do is cause damage to the city and spout their idealistic bullshit about how villains are the stain on their city, yet they just caused a dozen casualties."
You glared at the scarred man at the foot of your "bed." A flurry of emotions overtaking you into silence. You didn’t have time for Dabi’s philosophy. Right now, you need to create an escape plan in case the heroes don’t show up in time.
'You are calculated. You are smart. You could do this, damn it! Hopefully, they won't kill me...right?'
“Daaaaarling~” You heard a familiar voice call from the bedroom door, followed by three taps against the wood. “Knock knock! I’m back~.”
“Speak of the devil.” Dabi grinned. “Now we can all be together.”
The door opened to reveal Tomura, a bag of groceries in his hand that he most likely stole from some poor victim.
“I got you your favorites,” Cracked lips formed into a grin.
You gulped as he also sat on the bed, scooting closer to you until he was right next to you with the bag in his lap. You couldn’t help your curiosity as you looked to your side and peaked into the bag. Huh, what do you know? It was actually groceries. And they looked fresh. Your mouth watered as you continued to stare inside the bag. He was right. Inside contained your favorites. The smell of all of them coming together was intoxicating. You felt like you would melt on the spot.
Dabi must’ve noticed this as a deep chuckle filled the room. “See something you like?”
You looked up at Tomura’s face to see he had a smug look on as well.
“No! Why would I eat something you two give me?! It could be poison!”
“I don’t even know who you guys are! All I know is that you’ve kidnapped me, the both of you are fucking crazy, and I want to go h—”
Shigaraki places a gloved hand over your mouth, glaring at you with a burning intensity. “Your home is with us. WE love you and will do anything to keep you safe, happy, and in our arms. Nothing will ever change that?”
“Shiggy’s right.” Dabi crossed his arms. “Just so we’re clear, Little Ember. This is your home. And we won’t tolerate any talk of you wanting to be anywhere else. Got it?”
You felt the fire in your stomach die down. Your blood turned cold as Shiggy’s gloved hand was placed over your mouth. You knew what his quirk was, what it could do to people. You didn’t want to end up like that. Nodding frantically, you fought the tears building in your lash line as you silently pleaded for your life.
“Hmph, already so obedient.” Tomura smiled. “You’re gonna be such a good lover for us.”
“But… I have a boyfriend...” You trailed off. “and he’s going to find me.”
“I don’t think so, Little Ember,” Dabi chuckles. “That little ‘boyfriend’ of yours isn’t as high and mighty as you think he is.”
“W-what?” Your eyes meet icy blue ones. “He loves me! He’ll get me back; I know he will!”
“He also seems to love the other pro heroes and your co-workers,” Dabi growls, thinking about Shindou’s unfaithfulness. You were a literal angel in their eyes, yet Shindou had the audacity to clip your wings and treat you like some pet bird he shows off only when bored or for publicity. “He didn’t deserve you. Going around being a bastard, not even caring that you’re missing. But none of that matters. You have us now, and we’d never hurt you, Little Ember.
“Yo is not a cheater!” You shouted.
“Don’t get them worked up, Dabi.” Tomura chimed in. “I don’t want their stress levels to increase.”
“I’m going to go and get started on dinner, Little Ember. Be good for Shiggy while I’m gone, yeah?” Dabi picked up the grocery bag and left the room.
Glaring at the back of the black-haired scarface reject as he exits, you feel dread as you realize he’s left you alone with Musutafu’s number one villain, who you’re supposed to call ‘Shiggy.’
A shaggy mop of cyan loomed over at you as Shigaraki laid his head on your shoulder. “You want to play a game, my pretty little wallflower?” he hums, grinning at you. “It’ll be fun~.”
“How about hide and seek?” Mischief snuck into your voice. ‘Maybe I can con him into this and get out of this hellhole!’
“Hide and seek could be fun, but what would Dabi and I get when I win? Did you forget I was the one who found you, Babe?” he teases.
“How ‘bout a kiss on the cheek?” you suggested.
“Hmm, that’s good for a start. We’ll get into specifics later. What do you want if you somehow win?”
“I go home.”
“No. You can have literally anything else you desire. That's not an option, wallflower.”
You noted that Shiggy wasn’t as strict with the “talking about going home” rule.
“But Shiggy-“
“I said, no.”
Your argument died in your throat as you stared at the fiery look in his eyes. Red irises filled with passion and desire.
“Fine, then I want to make a phone call,”
Shiggy pressed his fingertip to his chin, thinking thoughtfully about the possibility of this prize.
“Alright, that can be arranged,” he hummed.
He brought a gloved finger to his mouth, his fingers grazing his lips as he parted them and bit down, pulling it off with his teeth, a short glimpse of sharp fangs before he wiggled his unrestricted fingers.
“Run, wallflower.”
You gulped and leaped off the bed, running out of the room and sliding down the hallways like a madman, desperate to escape one of your captors. In the distance, you could hear him counting out loud. To what number, you had no idea, but all you knew was that every second counted.
Making your way into a large room, you look for a way to escape or at least hide until he stops looking, only to trip over a loud box. Silently yelping, you dash out of that room, hoping Shigaraki doesn’t look there. After a few minutes of running and trying to avoid finding the kitchen where you assumed Dabi was, you found yourself in a darkened room full of boxes after taking a few turns. You smiled in relief as you stared into the space, your reflection staring at you back with a wide smile as you looked at the window that was at your level. Well- almost, you could look at it, but you have to get at a higher level to actually climb out of it. You couldn’t believe it! There was a window you could slip out of and get away from these psychos. You’re surprised they didn’t have it boarded up.
Your eyes flicked back from the boxes to the window, formulating a plan. Stacking the boxes on top of one another, you reach for the handle hoping to escape. ‘Almost there...almost...YES! I CAN GET OUT OF HERE’ Your victorious thoughts are cut off when you feel warm all of a sudden and scream as you’re yanked back into someone’s arms.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk. Looks like I found you, Little Ember. What did you think you were doing, little one? The world isn’t safe for you. Mean people will try to snatch you up and take you away from us, and we can’t have that, can we?” Dabi coos condescendingly.
You felt sweat build on your forehead, the tiny beads formulating as you felt a large hand pet the side of your throat and an arm wrapped protectively around your stomach, the placement constricting you as Dabi wished.
“But- but you weren’t playing!” You cried out.
“On the contrary, (Y/N), whatever Shiggy does with you, I do it too.” He let out a laugh. “That includes this little game of hide and seek. Or should I call it tag with the way you were about to leap out that window?”
“I-I…” You stammered, your mouth opening and closing as if you were a fish out of water.
“You were going to have us chase you, weren’t you?” He breathed into your ear, causing you to shiver. “Make me and poor little Shiggy chase you to wherever you were going. Is that what you wanted? To be treated as prey and me and Shiggy could be the predators? I wonder what you expected the outcome to be….”
You didn’t have to look at him to tell he was grinning.
“Why me? Why did you take me? I’m no use to you guys,” You whimper. “Please, Dabi, I’m sorry. I’ll be good, I promise, don’t hurt me.”
“Aww, how pathetic. You really think I’d use my flames on you? What’s the point if you can just heal yourself back up?” Dabi punctuated those final words with a harsh tone. “We took you, darling because we love you. We always have. But when we saw what you could do with your quirk… well, let’s just say that was our breaking point.”
Your blood turned to ice at the implications. Your quirk? It was just a regular old healing quirk. Being an EMT, an underlooked one at that, there was nothing special about you.
“Baby, imagine all the things the league could do if we had a healer on our side.” Dabi’s fingers stroked your throat, the threat there but not completely set in stone. “We’d be unstoppable with you on our side, Little Ember. We’d all treat you like royalty, treat you the way you deserve. Toga will love you, and it’d be nice for her to have another friend around.”
“No! I won’t join you people! What kind of question is that?! Don’t you have heroes on your ass every other week?!” You snapped at him.
Before Dabi could respond, Shiggy entered the room. “Found you wallflower! Oh, Dabi, you found her first,” he whines. Making his way over, he drapes his arms over your shoulders and Dabi’s.
You couldn’t stop the feeling of warmth that rushed to your cheeks. Dabi’s hands were still on your waist, his front pressed up against your back, while Tomura was pressed against your front, pulling you all into a somewhat sickeningly sweet hug. You would’ve enjoyed the sentiment if they weren’t kidnappers.
“Damn, Shiggy, I’ve never seen you this happy before,” Dabi commented.
“Well, you know what they say,” Tomura responded. “Love can change a person.”
Suddenly, Dabi’s head raised as he breathed in.
“Is something burning? Oh, shit, the yakitori!”
“Damn it, Dabi! Do you know how hard it was to obtain those groceries?!”
“Can it, Shiggy!” he calls out, pulling away to run to the kitchen.
“We’ll get take out if he burns it, wallflower. Don’t you worry,” Shiggy coos, stroking your cheek with his thumb.
After a month, though you were begrudgingly starting to succumb to Dabi and Shiggy’s affection, you found yourself in Shiggy’s arms as he played video games. At the same time, he sat on the floor between your legs. You also found yourself comforting Dabi through his nightmares. Under all of the wear and tear… you came to realize he wasn’t a bad guy. Neither of them was. They just went through the back ends of society and were considered flawed when their quirks were seen as too dangerous.
A soft rumble shook the building you were held in as the wall collapsed, revealing the sunlight from outside. Hiding your face and coughing softly at the dust, you managed to look at the source of the semi-destruction.
“What the hell?!” Tomura screeched.
“(Y/N)!” Dabi shouted, dashing towards you to gather you in his arms.
“I’m okay...what was that?”
“I think I know,” Tomura yells as he glares at the figure stepping through the hole in the wall.
“Well, well, well!” A familiar voice laughed triumphantly. “If it isn’t the boys who took my partner!”
“Shin…dou?” You squinted as the light spilled in from the hole in the wall, the brightness invading your eyes.
“Hey, babe.” His voice became softer and more loving upon his eyes scanning you over.
Your mind was fuzzy, memories flooding back to you that had been long forgotten long ago. You remember the good, the bad, and the ugly.
You let out a loud cry as the thoughts came rushing back to you. Dabi lovingly rubbed small circles into your back, whispering sweet words into your ear as he tried to reassure you that everything was going to be okay, that this was just a bad dream. Everything was going to go back to normal.
“Leave!” Tomura hissed, removing his gloves to prepare for a fight.
“Give me back my partner, and maybe I’ll think about it after throwing your asses in jail!”
“They aren't your partner anymore! You lost any and all right to call them yours the minute you decided that blonde-headed bimbo was a better option than them! Now get out before all that remains is your burned and mostly decayed corpse!” Dabi growls, holding you close to him, hiding your face in his chest.
“I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about, Patches.” Shindou's voice went back to venomous and hostile.
“Shindou!”
Everyone’s head snaps towards you as you speak up for the first time since he busted in. “You need to go. I’m not going back with you. You cheated on me...you gaslit me...you used me for your own personal gain. You were—no, you are abusive, and I’d rather stay with Shiggy and Dabi than go back to you.”
“What?” Shindou snapped. “(Y/N) I’d never! Baby, they’re poisoning your head with lies. You know I’d never hurt you, right?” He took a few steps forward.
Tomura held out his hand. “Back the fuck up!”
“C’mon, shockwave, you know I’d never! You know I love you!”
“You do?” Tears welled up in your eyes.
“Wallflower?” Tomura cast a hurt glance in your direction. Damn it! He thought you were over this! This bastard was bringing up memories that he thought were repressed!
“Little Ember, look at me,” Dabi sighs, cupping your face and wiping your tears. “Okay, we fucked up by kidnapping you, but we’ve treated you four times as better than he ever did, right, baby?”
Nodding your head softly, you lean into his hand as he smiles at you. “You care about me…” you sniffle.
“That’s right, we do. And we will never ever leave you, babydoll.”
Shindou growled angrily and let out a vibration strong enough to knock you away from Dabi.
Unfortunately, the vibration was too strong, and it caused the building to shake once more. Glasses and dishes shattered onto the floor as pieces of the building started to come apart around them. Just above you, the ceiling cracks loudly, and before anyone can stop it, it collapses on top of you as you let out a frightful scream.
“(Y/N)!” Shiggy and Dabi screamed as they watched the horror happening right before their eyes.
The vibrations stopped abruptly as silence filled the room. Shiggy rushed to the pile you were trapped under, using his quirk to disintegrate most of the concrete before grabbing his gloves and tossing the rest of them off of you. Cradling your unconscious body in his arms, he glares at Shindo when he sees blood stemming from your head.
“Wallflower? Wallflower, (Y/N), please, wake up,” Shiggy pleads, trying to stop the bleeding. “Dabi, make a distraction. We’re leaving. NOW!”
Dabi nodded, and with the stretch of his hands, he created a wall of fire to block off Shindou as he rushed over to Shiggy and your motionless body.
“Damn it!” Shindou cussed, feeling the heat of the flames from where he stood. “You’re not getting away with this!”
“No, you’re not getting away with this!” Tomura snapped, picking up your motionless body with gloved hands, having put them back on.
Dabi looks back at Shiggy as he calls Kurogiri to send a portal. “Go. Keep her safe, Tomura. I’ll come and meet you guys once I deal with this dirtbag,” He growls, turning around to meet Shindo with a wicked look in his eyes as the left side of his face was engulfed in flames.
“You’re going to regret ever touching my Little Ember.” Dabi let out a maniacal laugh.
“Bring it, patches!”
You felt a ringing in your head when you awoke. “Ah, fuck, where am I?” you groan as you open your eyes, attempting to get used to the lighting.
“Wallflower! You’re awake! How do you feel, baby?” Shiggy gasps, looking up from his phone.
“Shiggy? God, my head hurts. What happened?”
“A bad man tried to take you from us.”
“Shindou? Yo Shindou? I think… I think I know him.”
‘Amnesia. Great. This could work for them.’
“Are you okay enough to stand? Dabi and I want to show you something. There we go,” he smiles, cautiously picking you up.
Helping you out of bed, you grip onto Shigaraki’s sweatshirt before yelping as he picks you up bridal style. “I like this better.”
Looking up at Shiggy, you hold onto his neck as he carries you from your room towards a dark hallway.
“Shiggy? Where are we going? Also, where’s Dabi?”
“Just behind this door, my pretty little wallflower.”
As Shiggy opened the door, he set you down on a chair in the darkened room as the lights turned on.
As the lights turned on, you noticed Dabi’s figure in the corner as a spotlight shown on a tied up, bruised, and partially burned Shindou.
“Shindou? Dabi, Shiggy, what are you doing?”
“We’re going to play a game,” Dabi grins. “Every time Shindou here lies, we’re going to hurt him.”
“Wait, what?! C’mon guys, let him go. He’s never done me wrong!”
Cooing at your statement, Dabi tilts his head with a smile. “Aww, poor little ember. You must be so lost. Confused and conflicted on who truly loves you,” he sighs. “We’ll fix that soon.”
Shindou wakes up, gasping loudly, as a loud slap resonates through the room. “Let me go!”
“Answer our questions, and we’ll think about it,” Dabi grins.
Staring up at you, Shindou notices the bandages on your head and shoulders. Internally flinching at your wounds, he struggles against the quirk-canceling binds as he sees you in Shiggy’s arms. “Y/N! Do something!”
Growling lowly, Shigaraki steps in front of you, glaring at Shindou. “Don’t talk to them! You don’t even deserve to look in their directions after what you did!” he barks.
“Shindou…” you mumble. “Guys… please let him go. I’m begging you.”
They both sent a hostile glare your way, their eyes narrowing as you tried to defend the very one who threatened to take you away from them. They could never forgive him for that.
“Just look away, baby.” Tomura used his backhand to rub your cheek.
“No! Please!” You cried out. “Don’t hurt him!”
Tomura and Dabi shook their heads, disappointed in your decisions right now, but don’t worry, they could fix you up.
Overcome with emotions, you stood up on wobbly legs, making your way towards where Shindou was on display like a thanksgiving turkey.
Before you could reach him, Tomura tackled you to the floor, causing you to yelp and writhe on the ground, wrestling with him to get out of his grasp. Still, he was stronger than he looked and quickly restrained you. With a little bit of work, he eventually positions you to where you’re sitting in his lap, his arms wrapped tight around your waist, stopping you from escaping.
“Question number one,” Dabi begins the game. “Did you ever cheat on (Y/N)?”
“How dense do you have to be to understand this?! No! I did not go and fucking cheat on them! I loved them!” Shindou snaps.
“Wrong answer,” Dabi growled, annoyed at Shindou’s antics.
“It’s not like you would know!”
Dabi sighed as he activated his quirk, bringing the flames close to Shindou’s exposed stomach.
Shindou let out a scream, his cries rippling through the atmosphere as he threw his head back against the wall, effectively making a thumping noise.
“Try again, lover boy,” Dabi smirked. “I’d hate to ruin that oh-so-pretty face of yours.”
Shindou’s eyes widened at the threat of those blue flames touching his face. Guilt overtook his features as he looked at your tear-stricken face.
“Fine, I did. We took a break, and she came to me. At first, it was a mistake...until it wasn’t. She respects me, and she loves me….”
“What? Yo...You’re lying. You have to be! I didn’t give you three years of my life for you to just throw it away for some bitch!” you mumble before screaming at him.
“Well, well, well, who knew you were such a narcissist!” Dabi laughed, yet there was no humor in his voice. “Only giving up when I threaten to burn your face? C’mon! That’s pathetic! Even for the great Pro Hero Grand. ”
“Case closed,” Tomura commented. “I’m sorry you had to find out this way, Wallflower.”
“You’re a sorry excuse of a man, hero, and a lover! I hope you fucking rot, you bastard!” you sob, pushing yourself away from Shiggy and running out the room.
Looking between the open door and Dabi, he glares at the tied-up hero before running after you.
“Now we’re gonna do something else. You’re gonna learn something new today, Yo. Don’t touch what’s ours. Ever.” Dabi growls as Shigaraki closes the door behind him.

The crisp air was filled with the scent of sweetness, a particular sweetness that could only come from the purest of sugar. Ringing and soft humming filled the small apartment of the rising YouTube creator (Y/N) (L/N). A small smile came to (Y/N)’s face as she spun around the room, putting things away and cleaning up the residue of cookie batter and sugar that was sprinkled across the counter. Once she was done, she spun over to her phone, picking up the device, and strolled her way over to her comfortable sofa. The same dinging of her phone echoed throughout her living room as the device rested on her couch cushions. The sound cuts for a moment as the instrumental version of Sleep by MCR starts playing. Looking towards the screen, she sees it light up with a photo of her and Hitoshi. Wiping her hands from the flour from her most recent baking creation, she smiles as she picks up her phone. ‘Oh, it’s Toshi!’ she thinks before swiping across the screen to answer the call. “Hey ‘toshi! What’s up?” she smiles.
“Nothing really, just waiting for you to come over. You still owe me those cat cookies for last week,” he jokes.
The cushions sank and devoured her halfway as she sat down. It was heaven, a perfect combination of firm and soft.
“I just finished baking those. You can come over and get them, y’know. I got those paw cookie cutters you liked so much. Though I still gotta finish editing this week’s video, and I gotta do a taste test. Unless you’re busy right now? I didn’t see anything about you streaming today.”
“No, you little donut, I’m just calling because I was gonna ask if you’ve checked Twitter. But I will take you up on that offer to get those cookies and that taste test offer. You know how much I can’t resist your baking.”
“Hm? Twitter?” She asked, scratching the back of her neck and furrowing her brows. “What’s on Twitter?”
Her stomach churned as she thought of what could possibly be on that godforsaken app. She hoped nothing bad had happened and that she wasn’t trending for some absurd or ridiculous reason. With Hitoshi’s calm tone, she hoped it wasn’t too bad.
“Just open it!” Hitoshi tapped his fingers on the desk impatiently.
“Okay, okay! Sheesh!” She pushed her hands out in front of her to make a ‘calm down’ motion, even though he couldn’t see her.
She took a deep breath and held it as she changed applications to tap on the white bird icon. Checking her notifications, her eyes bulged, and her jaw dropped as her YouTube channel name was trending. The main post was a thread review by Katsuki Bakugou, the culinary genius behind Cooking with Katsuki. Known for his debut on Masterchef Junior at the age of ten and winning that season, everyone knows him and his rise to fame.
“Little donut? Y/N? You still there?” Hitoshi calls out as a loud squeal is heard before silence from his phone. Hanging up and getting dressed, he sends a quick text to his friend and their group chat.
“(Y/N)!” A familiar voice shouted. “(Y/N)! Wake up!”
Little grumbling noises spilled from her mouth and slipped past her tongue. The world was an array of black and really bright colors. Was… she seeing double of Hitoshi? Wait- Hitoshi?! What was he doing here?
“Hi...Hitoshi?” (Y/N) groaned; your head was pulsating as the blood was rushing away from it. “How’d you get here?”
“Remember? You gave me a key, you donut.” There was a playful tone in his voice.
“Oh yeah!” She remembered.
Both of you burst into laughter, Hitoshi reaching out his palm as he helped you up, and you brush yourself off.
“What happened? Why’d you come over?”
“You were on the phone with me, and I told you to check Twitter. I think you did, you screamed, and the phone went silent. I hung up, came over to check, and found you passed out with the phone in your hand. Are you okay?”
“Y-Yeah...I still can’t believe it. He liked my video...he did a full review and everything! The only downside is he says I eat too many sweets…” she pouts.
“Don’t worry about that last part. All you need to worry about is what you’re going to do for your collab!”
“Wait-what?!” She shrieked.
“Did you not read the full thing?!”
She scrambled her phone into her left hand, the cold case of the device contrasting with the warmth of her palm. Frantically attempting to unlock it, she opened the phone again and felt all the blood rush from her face as she saw what Hitoshi was talking about.
After my assistant finally badgered me into watching BakingWithY/N’s most recent video, I wasn't really expecting anything of worth. Like at all. But I'm actually impressed by the fact she manages to make things that look fucking worth eating.
It’s actually nuts. After watching BakingWithY/N’s Pie Week video, I am genuinely amazed at how she can effortlessly take something that doesn’t even look remotely appetizing and turn it into something that not only wouldn’t make me throw up but I would willingly put in my mouth. To me, it’s interesting how she can somehow take a cake with no taste and turn it into something delicious. she reminds me of when I was younger during my years in competitive baking. How I could take a lackluster recipe and craft it into something beautiful in my early teens. BakingWithY/N resembles that early part of my life to some extent. And given how many shitty fucking cooks I’ve met, that’s an accomplishment.
Their abilities as a baker are better than pretty much every try-hard I’ve seen recently that thinks she can just buy a camera off Amazon and start a food channel. And she also manages to not bore me. She's actually fucking funny. Seriously fucking hilarious. She could honestly quit this fucking gig and take up stand-up comedy, and she’d probably make even more money doing that. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve met someone who actually had a good punchline every fucking time. Make Pete Davidson quit his job and jump into the Sea of Japan because she took over his damn career.
I thought the positive reviews were a load of fucking horseshit because 90% of the time, a channel with nothing but endless little praises turns out to be straight ass. Just a bunch of talentless freaks hypnotizing their little obsessed posse. But this channel is actually good. And if there are any negative reviews, those people don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. For once in my life, the shit on this channel actually made me want to eat instead of searching for surgeons willing to give me a total gastrectomy. I don’t do praise, so I swear to fuckin god if the food isn’t as good in reality when we do this collaboration and I wrote this for nothing?! I’m going to set fire to the parking lot. And no, I’m not giving my insurance information. Bitches can go start gofundmes.
“Uh… Yeah. Bakugou definitely wrote that.” Hitoshi barked out in laughter. “No way he let his PR team write this. Mainly cause the dude is known for his temper.”
“Yeah, but still...he wants ME?! I barely have 25K on Youtube, Hitoshi!”
“True true, you should still collab with him.” He put a supportive hand on her shoulder. “It’ll be a great opportunity for your channel to grow, (Y/N).”
She turned her head to him and gave him a miniature smile. Yeah, he was right! This would be an excellent opportunity for her channel to grow. And who knows? Maybe even make some friends along the way. Don’t get (Y/N) wrong; Hitoshi is an awesome friend and everything, but sometimes it gets lonely when it’s just (Y/N) and Hitoshi and the three friends they share. This could be an opportunity to grow a bigger friend group.
“Yeah! Yeah, I think you’re right. This would be a good thing. Nothing could possibly go wrong.”
“When’s CreateCon?”
“I think in a few weeks. We still have time to prepare.”
“Do you want your ‘owed cookies’ now?” she snickers. “They should be done cooling, considering that I passed out for what, thirty minutes?”
“An hour, little donut. But yeah, go text the group chat. I’m sure they’re all worried about you.”
Checking her phone, (Y/N) chuckles awkwardly as she sees several missed calls from Izuku, Momo, Tsuyu, and Hitoshi. “Awww, you guys care about me,” she teases before whining as Hitoshi flicks her forehead. “Ow!”
“Of course we do, stupid. Now, do you want me to help with your video? I’ll take my payment in cookies, thank you.”
