Hello friends, this is your friendly neighborhood salamanderinspace. So there's a college in Pennsylvania that's doing some heinous anti-union activities and unsustainable labor practices. The professors are trying to strike but the college is asking students to snitch on any sign of such with a comment form.

Here is the comment form (link!). Would appreciate help spamming the form with memes, bee movie script, complaints, anything at all, etc.

Monday marked the first day of a strike by union faculty members amid a three-year-long impasse in contract negotiations with the college's

The TL:DR: the faculty unionized almost four years ago, and have been trying to negotiate a contract ever since. They finally went on strike this week.

You can express your thoughts in the college's feedback form, linked above--or whatever you want.

I've been doing kind of a deep dive on this, and according to some student social media, the college is trying to get students to snitch on their professors for such heinous behavior as informing them of their own legal rights, or withholding their labor during a lawfully-conducted strike.

Oh, and it looks like the union even has an automated tool to send a message! if you go on their website, it's at the bottom; there's also a change.org petition--not sure how much good that is, but it can't hurt.

I'm at work tomorrow, but on Friday I might stop by their picket with some snacks & bottled water.
