An explanation of why Jorien refuses to go to class. It’s actually due to a characteristic of her autism. Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) is a specific autism profile where she avoids everyday demands and expectations to an extreme extent. An idea turns unbearable if it feels like an expectation or demand. This can even apply to something she would otherwise do herself if it was her idea.
I’ve been doing some crow-cheting lately.
I’ve decided to name my crow ☾☼☽ Omen ☾☼☽, since flocks of crows (specifically the number of crows that are in the flock) can be associated with signs of what’s to come.
