So I’m gonna have to apologise once again for lack of activity. My creative pursuits ended up taking a backseat during my push for a “career”, and the events of the past nine moths are kinda impossible for me to rant about right now. The jist is that I accidentally tried to squeeze myself into a box that I didn’t fit in and couldn’t afford to pursue, and I realised it was crushing me. I have no plan right now. I just want to make things again.

Just realising I’ve been very quiet on here for the past couple of months and thought I’d provide a little update as to why :)
I’ve been very busy with Teacher training applications and as I’d mentioned before, I’m working in a high-school as a TA in the Art department. I applied for their school-direct programme and I’ve received a conditional offer! All I have to do now is pass the maths exam (I suck at maths so I’ve been doing a lot of revision) and I’ll be an art teacher in on-the-job training from this September! So, I’m doing my best to keep up with my art, and I have a bit more time now than I did when I was applying and prepping for interviews. I’m in the process of developing a new style as well so there’s a lot of practice and artist studies going on in the background for me. But the sun is coming out and I’ll have a lot more opportunities to go out with my DSLR once school is out :) so stay tuned for more photography and artwork.
