name's milo sullivan and i'm 24 years old. i'm a roadie for a pop punk band, but while the band's off tour I pick up whatever gig i can. from children's theatre light boarding to sweeping the bathrooms of a bar, i've done it all. back in coolsville for the moment until my band goes on their next tour. i like beer, taco bell, and music. if you wanna talk about any of those things, we'll get along.

I know about the whole drugs thing, but it’s not exactly the easiest thing to quit. I used to end up on the floor more often than I do now, but I’m not ready to give it up yet. I’m still alive, so.. Not saying it is, just saying it’s something to consider. Not to sound like the grim reaper, but that could change at any moment. Personally, I’m a big fan of doing what I can to stay alive. Although I do have my bad habits. Cigs being one of them. It’s not supposed to. I think if anything it’s supposed to un-fuck you. Yeah, I know. Been told before. Whoever called them Christmas birds? Christmas birds are totally doves. For like world peace and shit.

Bailey: Kay! Oh, those do seem like situations where vodka would be the most appropriate. Do you do 1&2 often?

Milo: What have you been thinking about then? Probably not. Which sucks. Because of all the crossovers they could do that one would be cool.

Milo: Sometimes. Usually if bus call is later than normal or it's the end of a job. I gotta get up early and lift heavy stuff so being super hungover isn't really good for that. Plus, I don't like looking stupid in front of a bunch of people.

Bailey: Me neither, but consistency is nice. In the scale of the show they don't really come off that small though? It's a show about kids.

Bailey: Maybe he just doesn’t like that much alcohol in his alcohol, you never know. Whiskey is really awesome. What are your certain situations for vodka?

Milo: But if you put them next to like The Simpsons or something they'd have to only come up to their knee. Their head to body ratio is so stupidly funny.

Milo: Maybe you should ask him so I can get a clear answer. There are 3 situations where I'd drink vodka straight. 1) i'm about to do something stupid. 2) I'm about to do something that could end up with me in pain. 3) Death of a family member or a friend.

I like how that sounds.. Totally less traumatic. Do you think it’s possible to find roots with someone, but still not feel like that place is working out? Don’t worry about that.. I have a good apartment to get coked up in, and probably a sketchy mob doctor somewhere. Actually, I don’t know about that one. I’ve only seen Nova stitch herself up while drinking vodka she uses as antiseptic. I can text you and let you know I’m still alive, if you do. I’ll tell Nova you took me home one night and saved me. She’ll me thankful.

Avoiding trauma is a useful skill. Yeah, I think so. It’s kinda like the ‘home is where the heart is’ deal. Still, doing a bunch of drugs won’t be doing yourself a favor later on. Not to sound preachy or anything, it’s just a personal belief I guess. You seem like a pretty free spirit, so don’t let this Nova girl clip your wings. Flightless birds never helped anybody. Just look at penguins. What the fuck is their deal?

Bailey: Who wants to drink glorified nail polish remover and actually taste it? I like wine and whiskey mostly.

Milo: I'm no poli sci major I just like cartoons. Why wouldn't that be funny? They coulda made normal sized people!

Milo: I'm not saying you can't have good tasting drinks, I'm just saying that drinks that are made up of mostly ice ain't shit. A whiskey girl? Nice. I like whiskey, I like rum, I like beer, I like vodka in certain situations.

It’s probably the homeless girl in me that doesn’t like to put roots anywhere for too long. I’m gonna miss You and my audience just as much, but I have a hot lady waiting for me with all the coke I could dream of, so who am I to pass that up? I’m just kidding… Kind of. I think I’ll actually miss this place, though. I would say I’d visit with my friend, but I don’t see that going down very well. She’s a… protective murderous type.

I’m basically homeless and I’ve still got roots. You just haven’t found the right place to put them down, I guess. I guess you can’t pass that up. But don’t go crazy. I don’t wanna find you in a gutter all coked up and weighing 15 pounds. You can stay where you are if it means I won’t get shot. I like living too much. You can just write a letter or something. Or send a text since I don’t have a permanent mailbox at the moment.

Bailey: Reruns of it are occasionally pretty good. Depends on the episode though. There's a video of a guy breaking a mason jar up there, so you don't have to imagine it.

Bailey: It's still alcohol. So it's barely even a cop out! I'm not going to do that. Yuck.

Milo: They got that political satire shit down. I also think the fact that they're all like two inches tall is hilarious. I'm not googling that. Ever.

Milo: It is a cop out. Drinking for taste is a surefire way to get a mouthful of cavities. What do you like to drink?

If anyone was wondering, my ‘friend’ in Cincinnati finished her business with the not-so-good guys, and has given me the all clear to move back in a week or so. Dude, count me in! That sounds like an awesome gig, it’ll be nice to do something other than weddings again. Traveling around with your band would be sweet, too; I think I’ve already photographed everything in Coolsville like three times each. I don’t know, dolphins are cool, too, but I really hate jellyfish. And manatees freak me out, too, a little. Yeah, I’m still technically on the team but it’s not like we ever do anything. I can’t even remember the last time we actually talked about a mystery.

Yeah, it’s pretty sweet. Lotsa traveling and late nights and early mornings. It’s awesome. Also a lot of sleeping in cars though. My band isn’t that popular. They’re not Coldplay status or anything, but it’s a good time. Plus, as a roadie you get a lot of credit from chicks at bars. I feel like you gotta at least be able to like all the stuff in the sea if you’re gonna want to study it. You can solve the mystery of why your couch smells like Doritos. Or how your roommate passes the biological norm of hotness.
