This is the best way to get people to order in batches of 25. If they don’t have other options, people will complain and ask for other options, but if everyone feels like they are getting the best deal by “choosing” 25, or multiples of 25, then it will become most customers go to order and if anyone asks if an option is cheapest, other customers can tell them.

You’ll also notice multiples of 25 are where it spikes lowest.

I’ll bet 25 is a good number for both their cooking/fry baskets and whatever serving container they use. As well as maybe being the size of the raw/frozen batches.

Every other option can probably be seen as marked up according to how annoying it is to fill compared to a tidy bucket of 25.

I don’t know for sure, but I’d bet money this arose from a business designing it’s streamlined cooking method around batches of 25 and customers getting annoying with asking for other options. I’d bet this response is both petty and a clever solution.
