University; undergrad Psychology
This studyblr is now going university style! 😁
- Undergraduate Psychology
I couldn’t thank my teacher enough for this today! She is honestly the best teacher I have ever had, and I wouldn’t understand Psychology and Sociology as much as I do without her 😁😂 I think everyone should have a pack like this ready for #university 😊 ♡♡♡♡♡ Smarties - to remember how smart you are! 🤓 (yes totally me, I’m so clever 😉 )
Marker - to remind you to leave your mark wherever you go .
Highlighter- to remind you to always improve your work. 😊 Me: *highlights everything*
Post it notes - to remind you to always make a list of things to do when you are stressed.
Party popper - to celebrate you leaving college and completing your A levels.
Skittles: to give you energy.
Smiley face stickers: to remind you to keep smiling through the good and bad times.
Tissues: to wipe away your tears of joy and sadness.
A keyring: to remind you of college and the teacher who believes in you! 😀
wht you taking at college ? :)
Psychology
Health and social care
Sociology (might give up sociology though and take photography…)
I have so many interests, I wish I could have also done an A-level in;
Laws and politics (although not available at my college)
Photography (I have always loved it! eventhough I’m not the best)
Biology
A language - mostly Japanese (eventhough they only offered Spanish)
Artform Platform
Find me - BethRGerrard ~~<3
So....uni?
Just got my email for online enrolment! Turns out they started sending them to all the students with unconditional offers :D
That sounds so weird to say, me, I got an unconditional offer for Psychology at Staffordshire University! It has been my dream since I was 11 (which I know sounds so cliche to say... oh, yeah I’ve wanted to do this since I was a child *yawn*)
So I obviously signed up straight away and filled everything out because I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED!
ANDDDDDD they have the reading material on there, soooo I’ve started reading and researching already (which is great because I have been so bored...)
New studyblr here!
Hi everyone! My name is Sarai and I’m a 21 year old psychology major. I am currently a junior and recently transferred to a 4 year university from a community college. My dream is to become a Clinical Psychologist and hopefully get into an Ivy League, Stanford, or UCLA for graduate school. I plan on posting notes, study tips, my journey in preparing for the GRE, and most importantly my process of getting into graduate school. If you are also a studyblr feel free to like this or reblog and I’ll make sure to follow you all! I can’t wait to bring you guys along my journey.
Research time!!!!! Apart from loving Psychology (book recommendations?) I have an interest in; - Biochemistry - Law - Physics - And more... Although I'm shit at it, my knowledge is terrible! Can't wait to start uni.
Guess who has at least one A ;)
I just got my grade back from level 3 health and social care! And I defo have an A!!!!!!! (Well distinction)
Just need to wait for aqa a level psychology and sociology now
Doing some revision work :) ))Chemistry is not my thing but at least I can learn some Physics from it so It’s worth it!!!
When you don't want to revise
• Make flashcards • Make a summary sheet of either what you’ve just done or to see how much of a topic you remember •Go through the summary sheet with a different colored pen and add things you missed out or did wrong • Make a mind-map of your topic • Try making a grid with point and reason/effect columns • If you need one make a formula sheet/ quick overview of key concepts sheet ( pretty handy for RE,sociology, maths and the sciences) • identify key words/ phrases • Go through an exam question leisurely- sounds stupid but it’s better that you understand the process you have to go through when working something out • Summarize your case studies/ experiments/ tests that you have to know so there is less to learn later
I got into university yay!!
me: *studying for 15 minutes*
me: i can't do this anymore
