Mushroom people(w.i.p on their actual name)

Experiments to turn humans into plants lead to a world covered in human fungus, trees, coral, and ect. This specific fungus human had their palm and necks connected. This gave them the ability to bend over and scoop up bugs that gets too close. In addition, many would grow close to each other and work together to snare large prey.

This planet also hosted a giant sentient fungus that was created by humanity before everything went down.

This fungus— to help what's left of its "friends"— molded the evolution of the these fungus-people via dreams and hallucinations passed on from its mycelium to these post human's underground nerve tissue. The fungus species eventually fused with the post-humans to better fine tune their nervous system.

The sentient version below is a single "mushroom person" that has molded themselves into a mobile metal flower pot. They puppet the body around to move.

Since they had their evolution somewhat guided, their science is closer to eerily accurate mythology. They spin tales of outer space as a giant monster that will break into any vessel that isn't fully sealed and rip out all the air. Other stories consist of demons that are repelled by vitamins and tiny spirits in water that can only be seen through glass.

May post more if I can create more lore about them

Let's give the humans in ultrakill some credit for somehow not making A M— honestly. They committed a lot of war crimes but somehow didn't create the Skynet, AM, or the matrix.

I can only assume this is out of SHEER LUCK because the amount of bullshit they needed to do in order to make ONE EARTHMOVER let alone ALL OF THEM.

my versions of V1 and V2!

might end up bulking V2 up a little bit, and making V1s arm placement a bit better for the Knuckleblaster, and make room for the whiplash, but yea! have some individual HCs under break!

V1

- Will respond to any pronouns

- it’s not a fan of the whole killing off all of hell thing, but it’s will to live is hard programmed in

- despite how small they looks next to V2, they’re actually like, 7’ 6+

- despite the height, this fucker is FAST

- however, it doesn’t hate hell entirely. it’s intrigued by the fact that hell seems to like it so much

- does not have a plan what it’s going to do when hell runs out of blood

- has a convoluted relationship with humans. he has respect for them, as they made him, but also dislikes how they made him lust for blood like they did

- i am both a v4v and gabv1el shipper, got some lore for how it works if anyone is interested

V2

- the knuckleblaster was modified. originally it was meant to shoot out puffs of air, more so meant to knock people down as a de-escalation strategy

- due to she was made with the express purpose of protecting humans, greatly prefers to get her blood from machines than things of human origin, but will attack if she is first

- as a peacekeeping robot, they greatly prefer de-escalation before violence. the major exception is when they need blood- or if they see v1. I have no explanation for this.

- she has a much better feeling about humans, and generally misses humanity. this could be tied to her complicated relationship with V1.

- if they survived passed greed, they’d do okay in Wrath and Heresy, but would have a much tougher time in violence and fraud, both of these because of their origins being from the New-Peace

- the whiplash is a bit wonky, and a bit uneven, but generally good all things considered

- in the last fight with her, by the time she was escaping, major devices like her stabilizer were already broken. there was no escape for her.

i have a new character idea! it’s a little bit more on the melancholic side so it’s under the break

i don’t have a name for her, but the idea is that she’s a young gal going through her moments of self-acceptance. she’s an outcast at her school, who finds herself relating more to book characters than to the people around herself. she’s finds herself in such characters suck as the Monster from Frankenstein, which lead her to read and find herself in Satan from Paradise Lost. She delves more into literature and other forms of media. will add more later, but she’s kind of fresh in my mind
