We’re trapped.

🙏 From the Heart: A Quiet Apology
There’s something I need to say—something that’s been on my heart for some time.
When I first began sharing our story, I didn’t know what the right way was. I was scared, grieving, and trying to protect my family in any way I could. I reached out to many people, hoping someone, anyone, would see us. In that process, I now realize I may have overstepped, and I might have made some feel overwhelmed.
If that happened, I am truly sorry.
Please believe me when I say it was never out of disregard or pushiness. It came from a place of fear—fear of being forgotten, fear of not being able to keep my family safe, fear of watching everything I love slip away in silence.
I’m learning as I go. I’ve slowed down. I’m more mindful now, trying to share our journey in a way that feels respectful of the space and hearts of those listening.
If my words ever came at the wrong time, or in the wrong way, I hope you can understand where they came from—and I hope you can forgive me.

ahmed's blog was vital for helping verify palestinians' fundraisers. now that his blog is gone, there's so many broken links that are going to cast doubt on if a fundraiser is valid or not
he wasn't aware of this. @staff has deleted a palestinian blog for the crime of trying to help gazans stay alive. spread the word and let them know they have sentenced people to death.

so this was a big task for me, for whatever reason I decided that I had to go ALL out with the design process this time around, I had to NAIL it.
where to begin?
well… I started with this batch of fifteen simple, but readable sketches‼️‼️‼️
Some were… better than others
But this was a good way for me to explore my options‼️‼️ and I still really like a lot of these designs, but I had to cut it DOWNNNN
So round two‼️ I chose the styles I liked the most and started figuring out shoe types‼️‼️ it’s surprising how much an outfit can change just by shoe styling
but after this came…
HAIR‼️‼️‼️‼️
oh my god, Hair was my favorite part to work on, hands down. I got to play with all these shapes and accessories, I’m still really in love with the third row’s French updo💥💥💥
but there could only be one!!
So I pestered alllllll my friends and found one we all agreed on
Then it was just a matter of details and colors‼️‼️‼️
this part stumped me a bit, I admit, but nothing helps improvement like being forced to take on a challenge 💪💪💪💪
and I’m super happy with the final product :3
