Who says vegan dishes can’t be tasty!
I’m not vegan personally, but I absolutely eat vegan most days of the week! It’s a great way to challenge myself to cook more creatively. Eating vegan doesn’t mean you have to eat bland. There are great spices (other than MSG) that help to bring out that umami flavor.
Dinner was a bowl of green pasta made of peas, spinach, parsley and onions. I paired it with some spicy soy sausage and some fresh cut tomatoes.
Seasoning consists of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, red chili and a bit of garlic. Really gives the sweetness of the peas a little kick!
Hello friends! I’ll be honest... all I’ve done so far today is eat and watch Grey’s Anatomy. Is anyone else absolutely addicted to that show? I’ve cried 4 times already. . Made myself a scrumptious bowl of blueberry #nicecream topped with even more blueberries, crunchy coconut shavings and mildly sweet dark chocolate coconut balls. Who needs ice cream when you have bananas!!?

When life goes bananas, make #nicecream! Tackling a blue day with a frozen bowl of @rawnice aquamarine fluff topped with delicious blueberries and grapes. Added a bit of raspberries and granola for color. Gave me so many island feelings. Instant gratification!
Chilly weather calls for a delicious bowl of ancient grain oats topped with sweet fresh berries, nanas and peanut butter. Can’t believe it’s almost Friday again! The week has flown by!
Today I woke up with a sweet tooth and decided to make myself a bowl of beet berry #nicecream. I personally LOVE raw beets, but if you don’t enjoy the taste as much, steamed beets actually don’t really have much of a taste when blended with berries.
Beets are extremely nutritious and are so great for keeping the blood pressure in check, boosting the immune system, increasing athletic functionality, supporting brain health, improving the digestive system and fighting inflammation. Can’t go wrong with a good bowl of beets.

Nothing more refreshing than frozen fruits in a bowl of #nicecream during summertime. Topped it off with some sweet banana coins and coconut shavings to keep things crunchy. Such a great way to kick off the day! 💙

Good morning world! ☘️🥝 Recharging with some good old greens this morning. Made myself a creamy bowl of matcha wheatgrass smoothie topped off with frozen grapes, blueberries, kiwi wheels, almond granola bits and a delicious organic chocolate cookie sandwich courtesy of @annieshomegrown. . Nothing like a smoothie dipped cookie sandwich!! Green Recipe: 2 frozen bananas 1 tbsp of soy yogurt A handful of frozen organic spinach 2 large frozen figs Half a tsp of wheatgrass powder 1 tsp of matcha powder A splash of vanilla almond milk Blend and enjoy!

Kickin off my Friday morning with a splash of blue! I am so ready for the weekend! It has been a busy couple of days. I topped this ocean colored nicecream off with sweet frozen grapes, fresh berries, granola and coconut flakes. Such an energizing way to start the day.
This concoction is made of 2 frozen bananas 1 frozen fig 1 tbsp of almond butter 1 tsp of spirulina powder. Add ice and a splash of almond milk
Blend and devour! 💙

Figured I’d take a breather and inhale a bowl of mango nice cream topped with some wonderfully tart berries, kiwi, more mango bites and some delightfully sweet frozen grapes. . Good morning world! Been a busy couple of days, but back in the swing of things! Woke up this morning craving cherries, so I made myself a bowl of sweet pink #nicecream. I topped it off with more berries, cocoa nibs and frozen grapes. Anyone else like to snack on frozen grapes? Absolutely the BEST way to have them. Hope everyone’s having a fabulous day! Hello smoothie lovers! I finally caved and got a coconut bowl. It’s so cute and small, and it keeps my #nicecreams frozen! No one told me how flimsy it was. I’m guessing It isn’t dishwasher safe.
Today’s breakfast was a little bowl of raspberry nice cream topped with more raspberries, bloobs, coconut shavings and a vegan wafer straw! Keeping things nice and fresh in this hot socal weather.

Hello fellow foodies! Having myself a delicious chia butter smoothie before heading off to the Anaheim gemshow. If you didn’t already know, I am a quartz enthusiast, so will definitely show you what I end up hauling today on the blog as soon as I get back! I can’t get enough of plantains recently. I’ve been putting them in everything. So delicious. 🍌 Topped this bowl off with almond granola clusters, bloobs, coconut shavings and cocoa nibs. Such an energizing way to cap off this week! Chia butter smoothie is made of: 3 frozen bananas 1 tbsp of soy yogurt 1 tbsp of organic almond butter 1 tbsp of chia seeds A splash of vanilla almond milk 1 cup of ice. Blend and devour! Happy Friday all! 🌱 Hope you’ve started off your weekend right! I know I did. Summer is just around the corner and it’s about to be #nicecream season! 🍧 Digging into this bowl of purple fluff topped with fresh berries, cashews, plantain chips (does anyone else do this? There’s something about the saltiness that really compliments the sweet), and delicious cocoa nib squares. Not a lot of people like 100% cocoa, but for me, it’s like having a good cup of coffee. 🍫☕️ Nice cream is made of: 1.5 frozen nanas A cup of frozen bloobs 3 large frozen strawberries 1 tbsp of soy yogurt A cup of ice A splash of vanilla almond milk. Blend until fluffy and gorge! 💜
