âWe believe the one who has power. He is the one who gets to write the story. So when you study history you must ask yourself, Whose story am I missing?, Whose voice was suppressed so that this voice could come forth? Once you have figured that out, you must find that story too. From there you get a clearer, yet still imperfect, picture.â

Street Art: Before & After.
I love theseâŚ..
Chaotic Good
My favorite part is that these are going to be someoneâs neighborhood landmarks. âTurn left at the saxaphone player,â âyeah I work in the shop right next to the Princess Leia fire hydrant,â âif you pass the shady guy selling watches, youâve gone too far.â The urban and suburban worlds are so funny of random infrastructure points that youâre just supposed to ignore, like those big metal wiring cabinets on the side of the road and all those backflow preventers all over the place. With just a little paint, now they have friendly, comprehensible meaning.
"The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" star Alfonso Ribeiro is suing the creators of Fortnite and NBA 2K for using his famous dance on the popular vi
He drives me crazy! I mean, I kinda understand. Itâs âhis danceâ blah blah blah but like, why make such a big deal?
Next up to sueâŚ.Courtney Cox for the original danceâŚâŚ
Why make such a big deal? Theft is theftâŚ. and this game in particular has a history of doing it to artist.
But he has said several times he took the steps from someone else so does he really have a case?
Courtney Cox? Is that what you mean? Her âdanceâ in the Springsteen video was just stepping side to side, Carlton the characterâs dance was a tongue in cheek poke at that standard âwhite person danceâ since the joke was Carlton was supposed to be more white than black on Fresh Prince, But Alfonso is a trained dancer so he brought arm movements & an over the top hip movement to the original. What Fortnite took was an even more specific version he did w Wit on dwts with very specific arm choreo. The problem is they took his choreo & monetized it to such a huge degree without paying him OR crediting him. That is flatly wrong.
Courtney Cox didnt invent that original dance move btw, that video just got famous so its a high profile example of the basic side to side every middle school kid has done at school dances since pop was born. But it also doesnt actually resemble what is in the game. The game is clearly a blatant rip off of his version to an exact degree. Theyâve stolen from others to an exact degree too. They probably used video of these performers and animated ontop of, in order to copy exactly.
Say it louder for the people in the backđđžđđžđđž. The back pack kid also sued as well. Letâs see what they have to say about that đđđ

Free pattern: Neko Atsume #2
As promised, here is the second neko atsume pose pattern! You can find the first, a sitting pose, here. I made Shadow but feel free to adjust the colours to make any cat youâd like. :)
For this particular cat I used a 2.25 mm hook, sport/5 ply yarn, and 4.5 mm safety eyes.
Be sure to stuff very firmly! The number between the brackets after the instructions of every round is the total amount of stitches that will be in that round.
Head
1. 6 in a magic circle [6]Â This will be the top side of the head
2. ( inc ) x 6 [12]
3. ( sc, inc) x 6 [18]
4. ( 2 sc, inc) x 6 [24]
5. ( 3 sc, inc) x 6 [30]
6. ( 4 sc, inc) x 6 [36]
7-13. sc around [36]
14. ( 4 sc, dec) x 6 [30] Â Place the safety eyes between row 10 and 11
15. ( 3 sc, dec) x 6 [24] Â Embroider the snout now if you prefer to do it before stuffing
16. ( 2 sc, dec) x 6 [18] Â Slowly start stuffing while crocheting along
17. ( sc, dec) x 6 [12]
18. ( dec ) x 6 [6] Â Finish off and shut. Leave a long thread.
With some black thread, embroider the snout if you havenât already.
Ear (x2)
1. 4 in a magic circle [4]Â This will be the top of the ear
2. ( sc, inc) x 2 [6]
3. ( inc ) x 6 [12]Â Finish off. Donât stuff or shut. Leave a long thread.
Fold the ears into flat shapes. Sew the ears on top of the head.Â
Front leg (x2)
1. 5 in a magic circle [5]
2. sc, inc, sc, inc, sc [7]
3-10. sc around  Finish off the first leg, but do not finish off the second leg!
When youâre finished with your second leg, donât finish off. Itâs time to merge the two legs into one piece that will be the beginning of the main body.Â
Continue from your second leg and chain 5 sc. Continue from your chain and join it to the first leg, and sc around all 7 sc from the first leg. Make 5 sc over one side the chain youâve just made and sc around all 7 sc from the second leg. Continue crocheting onto the chain and make 5 sc on the other side than the one youâve just crocheted on. You now have a round of in total [24 sc] and you can continue to work in rounds.
Body (continue from the two joined legs)
1-5. sc around [24] Â Start stuffing the legs
6. ( 7 sc, inc ) x 3 [27]
7. sc around [27]
8. ( 8 sc, inc) x 3 [30]
9-14. sc around [30]
15. ( 3 sc, dec) x 6 [24]
16. ( 2 sc, dec) x 6 [18] Â Start stuffing
17. ( sc, dec) x 6 [12]
16. ( dec ) x 6 [6] Â Finish off and shut. Work away your thread.
Sew the head onto the main body, just above the place where the two legs join into one.
Rear leg (x2)
1. 5 in a magic circle [5]
2. sc, inc, sc, inc, sc [7]
3-6. sc around [7] Finish off and stuff. Leave a long thread.
Tail
1. 5 in a magic circle [5]
2-12. sc around [5] Finish off and stuff if possible. Leave a long thread.
Sew the rear legs on the bottom of the body. Sew the tail at the back of the lower back. For some tips on making a tail that you can easily pose, check out the first pattern here. Also donât forget to embroider his adorable tiny butt! Yay, youâre done!
If you enjoyed this pattern and would like to support me, be sure to check out my other patterns on etsy, ravelry or amigurumipatterns.net. Thank you!
Omg this adorable. I wonder if I should make it. Let me finish my sweater that Iâm doing now.

Hell Explained By A Chemistry Student
The following is an actual question given on a University of Arizona chemistry mid-term, and an actual answer turned in by a student.
The answer by this student was so âprofoundâ that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well:
The Question:
Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyleâs Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:

The music icon was the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and won 18 Grammy Awards.
Aretha Franklin, the undisputed Queen of Soul and a music legend who enjoyed a career longer than many of her successors, died Thursday. She was 76.
Her publicist, Gwendolyn Quinn, confirmed her death to BuzzFeed News in a statement, saying she died at her home in Detroit at 9:50 a.m. local time. The cause of death was advanced pancreatic cancer of the neuroendocrine type.
âIn one of the darkest moments of our lives, we are not able to find the appropriate words to express the pain in our heart,â her family said in a statement. âWe have lost the matriarch and rock of our family.â
The family also said they had been âdeeply touchedâ by the outpouring of love and support they had received in recent days, after word first emerged the singer had fallen ill.
âWe have felt your love for Aretha and it brings us comfort to know that her legacy will live on,â they said.
No other vocalist has reached the heights Franklin did during her monumental career. She is the most charted female singer in Billboard history, the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the winner of 18 Grammy Awards, and the âgreatest singer of all time,â according to Rolling Stone.
