After our Socially distanced party, we’re off to Stonehenge for Day of the Dead! 🧟‍♂️🧙‍♂️✨🦹‍♀️🦇🖤 . I actually had a very similar experience like this happen when I was sixteen. I was babysitting two kids I like alot, a baby and a little girl. The baby was named after his grandfather and the parents warned me some funny stuff was happening... lights going on, humming, singing around the baby. That afternoon I put the baby down for a nap and played with the little girl in the living room. We played with a puzzle, and suddenly I heard someone singing through the baby monitor, a man. The monitor fizzled and popped, and then I heard someone taking to the baby. Not proud of this, but I completely freaked. I ran to the baby’s room and of course no one was there. I know it was probably just a nice grandpa ghost, but I dragged the kids outside and we stayed in the park until the parents got home. Oooh these all have me twisted. I've had a lot of little glitchy things happen, mostly like deja real (dreaming and then having the events happen) or instances where in a field watching everything slightly roll as if the surface is not connected to whatever is below. It's been happening for a long time, and I think it happens to a lot of other people too. My most recent glitch freaked me out enough that I recorded it immediately afterwards on Twitter (ik, lame) but I had to put it down somewhere. So I was standing in front of a chain restaurant directly in the middle of the block called Big Bowl in downtown Chicago waiting for my aunt. It's a touristy area, adults dragging kids around in strollers and hundreds of people are out on the sidewalks in the warm autumn night. My aunt is late, so I'm standing outside people watching because my phone is nearly dead and I don't want to miss her text. Most people are cute. A little family pauses to hold post next to me under the canopy. A lot of people going by, each individually interesting to me. Then, a father and a pair of 7-9 year old twins walk by. Both boys have small kid drinks in those collectible cups, and they are fighting, pushing and saying nonsensical stuff. They nearly bump into the little family's stroller, and then they happily walk with their dad. Two minutes later, the SAME twins walk by. This time they are sans cups in different clothes with their dad. I literally stood there with my mouth open. There is no way they could have gotten past me headed east again- they would have had to walk around the block and change clothes simultaneously in 2 minutes in a busy tourist section in downtown Chicago. I know what I saw, and I'm a sober person with a keen eye for detail. I just couldn't get over it. After dinner, I timed myself walking what they would have had to walk to walk all the way around the block and it was something like nearly 12 minutes.
